I've started Libretro in BizHawk using arcade cores that I could possibly find in the buildbot list. And FBNeo core works the best for me since it can dipswitch. However, I couldn't change the bios: change Neo-Geo MVS System Asia S3 into any Japan MVS Systems (I wanted to turn the game's language into Japanese) Is there any way I can change the bios while using FBNeo core from Libretro? Asia MVS (Ver.6) in original BizHawk: Japan MVS (Ver.1) in MAMEHawk from this thread:
