Hey! If you do the fastest run in Megaman I (or in any game), I'm pretty sure everyone who watches speedruns will propably check it out.

I've played Rockman & Forte twice through (with snes and gba) and your work looks very nice! The way you use the ice block ability is awsome and really seams to help. Keep ut the good work!

If you haven't already found a way to kill ArcheoAvis, i think i have nice idea: use BlowFish (which can be learned from Lamia) seven times to kill it since it hases 6400 HP and BlowFish does 1000 dmg with each hit. And the second form (2500 HP) will be very easy since you can use L5 Doom on it.

Could you possibly make an .avi file of your progress so far since I'm having some trouble with the emulator. I'd definitely want to point out if there's anything that could be done faster somehow.

That Gyro Man level could mayby have done a bit faster in the part where he takes the 'A' letter. But I must say: Very fast! :)

Thanks really much to all of you. The Camtasia Studio works almost perfectly and i have already made 1/3 of the speedrun with it. The only problem with it seams to be that it can't create an .avi file with any other codec than Tech Smith (and they are _huge_), but I can correct that with VirtualDub. Thx a lot!

I would like to create speedrun of one of the many puzzlegames in PC but I have some problems with witch program should i use to record it. I have tried Fraps with many games and it looks just perfect for recording games except it doesn't work with the game I'd like to make speedrun of. I've also tried (and used) HyperCam which works pretty fine after some adjusting and it can also record the game I want to, but there's also 'a but' with this one also: It doesn't record sound even though I have checked the 'Record sound' box. If someone has any suggestions what I should do/try and which programs to use to record the speedrun (with sound), please throw some hints/tips for me.

Would you like to make an avi file of your progress every now and then since it would be much easier to watch and i'm having some minor difficulities with my emulator. Thank you!

I would like to see Final Fantasy V (snes) TAS done perfectly (every side mission & optional bosses etc.) but I would also accept just plain run through. I'd also really like to see Final Fantasy VII speedrun even though it's on PSX. Also FF VIII and FF IX would be nice. As you probably see, I'm pretty big FF fan :)

It would just be nice to see what skills, items, etc. you use in this timeattack. That's why i would like to se it as an english version.

Why do you use japanese version of the rom? Does it speed up the dialogues by not haveing as many dialogue boxes?

1. I think getting that Chicken Knife from Moore Village would be a great idea since you'll be doing lots of running away. 2. Also don't forget to use Thief's Dash ability so you can move faster. 3. Mastering (if that is possible in timeattack) Ninja or Hunter will most likely help in battles you can't run away from. Since from Ninja you get ability which allows you to equip 2 weapons and from Hunter you get S-Shot, which allows you to hit 4 times in one turn. 4. Definitely skip the 12 Legendary Weapons (they aren't that good) 5. If you somehow manage to get lots of money, GP Toss can do pretty good damage 6. Don't go get any summons or songs, they are pretty useless (except mayby Golem and Bahamut, but they will take some time to get them) 7. Teleport (Time)magic may come in handy in some caves etc. 8. Don't go to the Fork Tower to get Holy and Flare (takes way to much time) 9. Death Claw (the Blue magic) may come in handy if you know which monsters it hases effect

I also would very much like to see it because FF5 is the best Final Fantasy ever ;) I could give you some tips if it will help you to speed up the process (if you even need any)
