Port isn't 1:1, but it is emulated correctly and I don't really see how you can make this game a playaround.
The Arcade/SMS version is not the same as the Genesis.

I messed up with the description, it's my first video, really don't know what do say there, for sure playaround it's not the right term.

The game does not support the save state function, so you have to do save before the stage begins, Otherwise
