For a GB-DMG game this is a relativley good game. I liked the music more than anything else, but it does make me want to see Kirby with more added abilties which is aparent in later games. Overall yes vote.

Armed robbery is classed as a serious offence (like murder and kidnapping) in most countries, which is why is some countries there can be some very excessive penalties.

Sounds like a good run to me, if Golden eye got accepted and half the time the game is spent staring at the floor and the walls (one of the most boring runs I've watched on this site) running through the stages why couldn't this? I like no damage 100% runs.
I can't spefically remember much of the time spent doing that, although looking at the floor was done in certain places to avoid the viewer having to watch a glitchy sky instead. Although my guess is that lack of familarity spoiled the run for you. As for 100% no damage, although I've beaten the game once a long time ago, but never 100% I don't see how I could appreiate a run done from that perspective espeacially with the advent of frame advance it not even remotely hard to do. To conclude for a normal player it might be a very boastful achivememt but not very much from a TASing point of view.

My last savestate where CC finished didn't work but the one that ended after TTC work. I really liked the crocodile Jiggy and when you use the mid-air snapping to reach that puzzle as well. The death at the end was also cool and unexpected. At first I thought it was a desync but to my surprise I quickly realised it wasn't.

Zurreco, I fully admit that I was wrong in terms of what I've said. So I apoligize for that. I have decided to make amends by giving you a lameness graph. I've started you at 65%, the more lame you become the more your energy bar increases. Try to become less lame and land a KO.

Then why are you the only person thread who voted no on on River City Ransom based on something that had nothing to do with the movie content?
Are you admiting your vote is partially based on another thread and the author of the movie.
No. I am asking you how you justify making such a blatant lie. Because you clearly state in that post the reason for your no vote, and it has nothing to do with the movie content. Yet you clearly state here that you only judge movies based on their content. Which is the truth? PS: I notice that you keep dodging any requests that you justify the "pride movie" accusation you made there, or reconcile the "voting no because this is a pride movie" with "I only vote based on movie contents."

Plus you've only ever voted no to all my movies as far as I can tell. Should I really care about you anymore?
I am fairly certain I voted yes on some of the Mario64 improvements. Though I certainly would not have if I allowed my vote to be influenced by my opinion of the run's author.
Perhaps the yes voters should try and justify there votes. Looking at the thread most don't make any real justifications, nor the fact there is another run thats better in both aspects of speed and entertainment. Also, are you admitting that your secret agenda is to hound people for voting no? An issue like this should not carry into other topics.

AKA the chicken you grab in Mexico costs a lot of time as far as I can tell, for no apparent gain since you grab another chicken later (in transylvania). What was the deal there?
Doesn't cost any time at all since I'm waiting for that moving platform, plus it was neccessary to get it in order to survive the pyramid as it restores full health. The chicken in Transania was natrually in Donald's path.

This movie has 3 no votes so far, but I found it to be good. What is the reason for this? (Upthorn already stated his.) I really hope it isn't "revenge" for whatever grudge people might have with AKA. That would be incredibly immature, and we vote on movies, not authors.
Its written in the FAQ not to specifically judge authors. This happens more primerly in favour of authors than against in this case. Its sad that many feel that they have to vote in this way in order to demonstrate childish revenge, but everyone votes on there own terms I guess. I can assure Upthorn that I tested not taking damage in each area and it very much is slower to do so, I reckon its 15-20 seconds faster overall to take damage than to not take it. All I'll say is that compared to pretty much everyone else I judge movies honestly, and only judge movies based on the content that I saw without caring who played it.

Do you know why you slow down the slide when you're under low roof? For example Mexico temple, around frame 8560. Looking at the frame input, you autofire C there just as much as anywhere else. Did you test letting go of the pulleys later with a shorter jump at the end of Duckburg? Since you're getting damaged anyway, can't you slide through the falling block at 23200? That's all I got. Looks like a solid improvement to one of my old favourite games.
You can't prevent that effect when sliding under the roof, I did however reduce the amount of time it slowed Donald down by. Jumps are fixed when jumping off pulleys Its slower to take damage from these blocks and its not possible to take damage from the first block and make it past the second.

RCR is one of those classic lame overly rated games with a couple of minor memorable things. Firstly there is too much travelling not enough fighting and the fighting itself is lame comared to the likes of Double Dragon, Final Fight and Streets of Rage. While this movie is twice as slow as the current one I certainly wasn't twice as entertained infact compared to the current one I was less entertained. I would have given the other one a 5 for entertainment but this one gets a 3 from me. The additional glitches were horrible and the game lags far more. Mortal Kombat shows off various stuff and cool quirks and does not blantantly and needslessly waste time This movie is nothing more than a pride movie playing for ego so 'no' vote.

With regard to the topic title, I think ignoring specific users posts is a terrible idea. At first I thought it was a great idea, but as time has progressed after reading the posts so far, that vision has plummited drastically. Think about it ignoring long term problems like other members on the board does not make the problem go away. I don't care much for newly registered members who don't incorporate an acceptable attidude because they will get banned quickly anyway. Plus if the feature was implemented I would end up choosing to block several previous posters in the thread (now how does that make you feel eh). As for JXQ, you brought up a point and Bisqwit made counterstatement which is fair game in my books. You then decided to de-rail yet another thread with a recent unrelated political point. Yet a I fully admit Bisqwit has made some bad judgements in the past, present and likely future. I have to admit that I'd rather have him as admin than you. As for your ongoing issues with Phil, you have a very bad arguing strategy in relation to him. There is a relatively simple way to counteract him, not that I'm going to tell you :p For Bisqwit, you tend to ignore the problem so dealing with you over PMs is pointless and quickly resorting to admin threats is effectively ridiculing yourself when dealing with established members. Also the voice of reason might have been better than using metaphoric examples against JXQ. EDIT: Calling for a lock in the not to distant future...

Would doing the wall glitch just after Mario passes through the last door in the castle 8 world save any time. I briefly tested it, and it would be neccessary to sacrifice a frame in order to get Mario closer to the wall. Although I got too frustrated because I couldn't get the wall glitch to work.

The recoil flip does work as normal Link. Although its was basically just a boosted ground jump as opposed to the the super flip or side step. Still it may well have a few uses.

I just learned a relativley obvious thing when putting the bottle on B. It does not require a backflip you can simply use a side-step instead. Minor time saver, but still is saves time regardless :)

After reviewing both Umihara Kawase and Bionic Commando, I can quite catagorically say that I significantly enjoyed Bionic Commando more despite the fact I've never played either game. Mainly because it feels like a more complete game. Of course UK may have very advanced swinging physics but I can't appreaciate it in any way unlike BC I can relate more properly to the game play and almost certainly frame optimal swinging despite it being very NES like. BC also felt just about right in length and had a proper movie feel. Unlike Umihara Kawase the game was very repetive and felt very abrupt when it ended leaving me say "eh... is that it". Plus it doesn't make me want to see a longer run because I know I'm just in for the exact same stuff. EDIT: NinjaFive0 has also been brought to my attention being a simalar based game. It seems to fall very nicely inbetween UK and BC in terms of gameplay. I can certainly appreaciate the game more from a tool assisted point of view because its fast paces and what the characted does on screen changes rapidly all the time given the obvious dangers. Although it does slightly exhaust in length but it kept watching it till the very end. I think this run should probally be favoured mainly becuase it gives a much better spread across the consoles plus GBA is starved of any game that not part of a popular gaming series.

With 5 from the list only really coming from 2 games both being SNES. My point is that highest rated movies are dictated by games with largest fan bases so why bother reccomending them if new viewers will natrually choose to watch them anyway and instead overlook the likes of Excitebike.
