Still not accepted and approved. I think the "management" should care less about their own favorites and convert and approve the games accepted by the voters.

How about a moderator splitting this thread up to two different threads? I'm personally interested in reading about progress in the 120 stars run and totally uninterested in the talk about "no coins" run, so I'd rather have these discussions in different threads? I also guess some people thinks the opposite...

I don't mind at all. :) This is one of my favorite games, that i've been looking forward to see a speed run of.

Cool game. Didn't know it existed. Run well executed; voting yes.

I've watched it and were amazed, both by the fact that playing N64-movies works so good and how well you performed. As mentioned earlier, you'll have to make sure you take the last big star, anyways, this is well worth a yes vote. I'm also looking forward to seeing more N64 runs, just a question: Is there a place here (with the criterias set for this site) for both 16, 70 and 120 stars run?

I watched the first demo run of this game (not this specific run, though). I remembered it to be 3 hr 30 min or so and I thought that one was quite well done. I will have to make my time to watch this soon. Really looking forward to see it.

Think we would in first hand look into your run/WIP rather than your hack. Dont really understand why you seem to lay more time and effort on it rather than your run.
I agree.

I haven't watched this specific movie, but I can just say that i love the game. The best made hack I've ever seen. I watched the full run made to demonstrate it and got stuck for the game myself. Personally, I think the game is too hard to play without an emulator with savestates. I'll try and look up my rom for this game and watch this movie.

Personally, I would prefer you not using the jump + fairy gltch.

I watched it (in a little higher frame rate) and thought it was very good. The only reactions is to why you don't skip the monsters in the sand whirls? (hope you understand my point) Anyways: YES vote!

I watched this movie yesterday and I think it's really well done. Wonder why it hasn't been published yet?

I vote No. The reasons you already heard plus: It quite obvious that you play with to little frame advance. I.e. in "Choose an egg" you do not manage to take the egg as quick as possible. I've seen you taken it in several different places. Although, I would love to see you make another attempt on this, taking only the fruit you have to take as well as using autofire and frame advance to the max. Good luck!

It is greatly done, so I feel yes is the only alternative to vote. Not quite as entertaining as a version that complete all levels, still with glitches, but entertaining enough.

I feel like waqking up this thread again by disagreeing with Phil's last comment. I do not like this codec at all. I guess this movie and Prince of Persia 2 by nitsuja has the same encoding. To this date, these are the only ones (which I've been downloading) whick I can't get to work with any player. Yes, I've tried latest version of VLC and Mplayer. Since this codec seems incompatible between platforms I would not want it to be used. I would also like to know if you just can't put out an alternate codec-movie to the movies with this codec. I still haven't been able to watch them, since I both miss the right ROMs and the right codecs. Thanks!

Why not have one glitched version and one without glitches in Flashback? My opinion is that it would be like A Link to the Past wall-glitch vs. non glitch-version. I would rather see a full run of the game than one full of glitches.

Yes, I know... but I meant with the new techniques with going through walls etc.

I would rather see a full run with all levels done quickly, but of course I think this can interesting to watch too.

Great run. An amazing improvement in a game that started my (and I'm sure a lot others) watching on speedruns. At that time I was certain that no improvements could be done, just like I thought about Rygar (warp). :)

I voted "Meh" mainly because of that I think you had a little bad planning with your heart-collecting and bomb-collecting in the game but also considering what nitsuja said in the other thread about diagonal movement... I don't know how much time you can save with this, but I hope it's enough for you to make another run. :)

Hmm. Which boss is that? I didn't do this on purpose :) It's true that the bazooka gives you a boost backwards (or forward if turning around) but you can only shot one bullet at the time so it's not that much to gain. I can check it up more.
Hmmm... I actually can't find it again just like this. At least I think you did that. Maybe you just used your last shot to both kill the boss and get a little boost, not just to boost?
