I dunno... guess I feel it'd help a person grow as a tas'er with that kind of input since almost no one hesitates to praise yet most will to criticize. Never stopped me from hoping to 1 day submit a publish worthy TAS one day when my first submission was rejected. Only the 2nd most controversial TAS ever made... but damn close to OOT's notoriety.

Considering the frequent updates and the INSANE amount shredded from prior submissions, these really stood out.
SNES Donkey Kong Country 3 (USA) "105%" in 1:41:39.8 by Evaldo Mendes (Dooty),, M Sweeney (ElectroSpecter), & Tomas Abrahamsson (Tompa). 
A first 105% and it does NOT fail to entertain... it DID fail in the preventing the casual viewer from going WTF every 5-10 seconds ^^;;.. oh wait, that's not a bad thing!]
SNES EarthBound (JPN) "glitched" in 30:42.12 by pirohiko & MUGG. 
 I'm sorry, is this even Earthbound anymore? It looks like some random game with kids on drugs ^^]

Honestly, if you hadn't gone to all the trouble of such an incredibly in depth description and play by play.. I'd have been bored to tears long before the 15 minute mark hit. But after taking the time to read everything first and then watch, I got a much greater appreciation for how everything worked and it made this a much more enjoyable watch. There's 3 No votes at the moment.. and not a single word in here of WHY they were voted No... I think the entire system needs to be retweaked where if you vote No, you MUST put a response in the thread indicating why or you will be banned from voting for the rest of the year. I feel this would stop vengeful NO postings [How dare the person obsolete my TAS I spent months on and then say he did it in a week! I'm voting NO and hope everyone else does too!] and actuallly bring forth honest C&C. [And a temp ban if you just make some lame reason "Voting NO because I was bored" isn't good enough... although "Voting NO due to bad game choice" is borderline good enough." I dunno.. This is borderline meh.. but the technical bumped it enough to be a weak Yes. I honestly found myself bored quite a few times .. but that's because of how the game is and not your attempt. Thankfully some of the more interesting layouts proved to relieve the boredom nicely, including some interesting solutions. Not a bad game... but not a great game either. This is definitely not a CV game I'd have enjoyed playing.. but it is interesting to see it from this historic perspective. Mr. Kelly R. Flewin

Hvaing played Rush a LOT.. I know just how brutal that track is. I've beaten it a total of once... with cheats on no less. So this is simply amazing! I agree cheats are a bit... eh.. but still solid entertainment for me considering the complexity. Mr. Kelly R. Flewin

I ended up voting no. Quite honestly this is entirely lacklustre in comparison to the other ones. No glitches that really haven't been seen elsewhere and the crappy graphics and sound [and horrible music] simply ruin the overall entertainment value. I will recognize that technically it wasn't bad considering the setback of lack of buttons on a GB... but not enough to bump it to a meh. That's why there's better ports on other consoles that are much better suited for a display like this. Mr. Kelly R. Flewin
