can you example for me what for yes and what for no?
example, if I have use key inpud for use secret characters with new skills, is it ok?
example with megaman x4, if I use keys inpud for play Black Zero is ok? but if use Ultimate X isn't ok?

huh? What you mean the cancel? cancel for me or enemy ?
Uppercut is low damage more than Bicycle kick and make enemy lying down then must wait enemy stand up, then enemy maybe can block/dodge/counter attack from all my attacks => slower more than
Are you mean use Uppercut then use Bicycle kick for combo ? It can't, because game delay make can't do it

of course, because I watched MK2 videos of TAS, I saw it done when screen have game over text. That's why I thought the movie need stop at game over text :(

After watching: I notice you took a legitimate hit from Kung Lao in Round 1. Was that intentional? Otherwise, glad to see you ironed out the problems I pointed out in your topic in the SNES forum.
If you note, in round 1 it's high punchs, in round 2 it's mid punchs, not same and I can cancel his punchs in round 1 but round in 2 I can't

I know Tekken but I'm not good, I'm good more than with Street Fighter. But I don't have console toy. Maybe when I have it then I'll try Tekken and Street Fighter :D

Sometimes with somethings are impossible for control (example the death/the time/etc)
Take damage help faster but not at all. You can watch my videos here. With round time, If I fight perfect, fastest I have left 93 seconds, if I make take damage, I have left 91 seconds => take damage take my time around 2 seconds. It depend what attacks from enemy (sure I can't order my enemy "Hey, only attack me with skill"), with multi punchs it make me slowest. I think it slower flawless victories. Who can help me calculator this ?
Take damage at start round/end round/canceled bicycle kicks is same. Because if closet standing to enemies, they will make multi punchs or throw me

Btw, Ok Here's my new run, faster 2 seconds only. I have improve with:
- 1 second from last round (don't need take damage anymore)
- few frames from select option menu
- Use maximum luck manipulation I can do for take damage. But sometimes I can't take damage because my enemies make run away. I think BOT AI is loaded when select characters, then don't tell me restart run for change BOT AI for make perfect run, it's terrible

because they didn't kick or use any skill for me block it take damage (except Jax, his skill can't block)
If I still try take damage from punchs or throw, I'll slower. Watch my video testing old record with new record you will see

Finally I have done. Full optimize all I can, faster more than my demo on top with 1213 frames
If no problems, then shall I make new submission or edit my old record for this record?

I have try reload alot times but he didn't change his tactic in round 2 (he didn't kick or use skill same round 1). I think tactic just load before I meet enemy. So, what can I do ?
