Nice run. It was basically what I had planned to do. Now that you have, I don't really see a point in improving it or changing anything really. [interesting] information: My friend and I were originally the ones discovering how to raise your percentage up to 104.5% (it was a long time ago, but I think that was the percentage, don't have the files here at the moment) -- and also finding out the Catoblepas trick, etc. I had an AoS site with 30000+ visitors describing all these glitches etc. Now it's just on my harddrive though.

This variant enters the door at frame 299 compared to JXQ's/Flatley's 301 because of the head bounce abuse. http://rapidshare.de/files/30154337/Ceres_1st_room.avi.html Just check the input to see what exactly to press.
Nice, nice!

I think this domino trick should definitely be used. It's another way to go faster, case in point. Also, it helps differenciate the TAS from a speedrun, no one uses Domino in real runs, it's too tricky and would require cruise control too for max speed while turning, I think.
Very good point. Now I like it.

One thing that can save time on some levels is if you use the Domino control style, because then you can use the second controller to affect things in the cutscenes. For example, it can be used to destroy the screen on Depot, which is one of the missions, on Caverns it can be used to open the door in the elevator, and on Bunker 1 it can be used to attract a guard to open the first door... I'm sure there are other places where it could be used, I haven't thought much about this. Besides shooting and opening doors, it's also possible to change weapons in the cutscenes. Jack, I hope you continue the run some day, what you've done so far has been really cool.
That's technically two players, and just a way of playing that I find absurd/extremely dumb for Goldeneye.

I don't really find the beeping annoying. Perhaps the first minute, but then it's alright. It's a speedrun after all.

Please tell me that someone's tried looking into getting boosts by mines on Caverns (by shooting them) - I think it should finally be possible now, on a TAS of course. Btw, awesome/hilariously great videos so far.

A PSX Emulator with Re-Recording would be my dream. I'd faint from happiness.

I've tried using it on Goldeneye on the console, but to no use. Here's a vid showing how to do it on the emulator: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZukjZ5yOZw

JXQ: No, it will be so obvious that the last 3h will have snoring :P (since you almost fell asleep during the TAS ^_~)

With a gameshark you can get pretty much any color. Doesn't matter if the above is an official picture, I think the glitch/trick to get a purple one would be known by now.

Well, now that this run has been finished, there needs to be a Full Game, and a 100% run. :3 By full game, I mean, no source breaking, unless it doesn't dramatically interfere with the normal game play. ;3 I'm sure 100% is self explanitory. xD
Are you serious?

The chest is a good choice though as it should be quite familiar to people. The above one with the temple of time can be confusing. I think I'd take one in the Desert Temple, Deku Tree or Fishing =P

I'd have to admit, Nightcom, that picture of Christian Bale is fantastic. Is that from American Psycho?
Yes, Patrick Bateman. I took it myself as I'm a huuuuge fan of the movie. It's basically my religion. I could go deeper into the subject but... I don't want to sound too crazy. (i.e. having monologues on repeat and vocally quoting them while cleaning) etc. It's a great movie indeed.
