I think the best way to get a publishable TAS for SSBM would be to do Adventure Mode instead, but I guess Classic could also work. That fight looked awesome.

It's Mega Man X, main protagonist of the Mega Man X series, which is the Mega Man series' first spinoff. The sprite used is from Mega Man X4-X6 on the PSX.
Using his various pallettes from his various weapons he can use/obtain throughout these three games, I formed a series of mood avatars:
All of these pallettes correspond to a weapon from X4, X5 or X6 (none are original).
EDIT: As of 19th July 2011, I went with a new set of avatars: Grim Reaper Sigma from Mega Man X4, in various recolors (mostly same as above).
EDIT: Changed again, as of 31st March 2012. Also added four new ones (careful, scheming, assertive, priority)

I would say you should just simply call it "no out of bounds", so no tweaking, JP Surf Glitch or other ways that allow you to go through areas you're clearly not intended to.

Do you mean the high level ones at Cinnabar coast? The game resets them to L100 as soon as they gain experience.
No, I mean Pokemon like Missingno.. Some of them have particularly high base stats, which equates to more damage. Plus, there'd naturally be the entertainment factor of using a PokeGod.
That would largely be unnecessary because level 100 Mew kills everything anyway, and catching glitches is largely unnecessary except for turning them into Rhydon or Kangaskhan (or Ditto for 'M) for the Pokédex.
Even then, the only Pokégods with usable stats that don't (always) crash the game are PC4SH and PokéWTrainer, but both are Normal/Ground with only Hi Jump Kick as an initial usable move. (They can be taught Body Slam (STAB) or Thunderbolt by TM, though).

So, now that Dolphin TASing has been around for some time, is anyone planning to make a full TAS of this (i.e. adventure mode)? With co-op mode and some item manipulation, I don't think it'll be an uninteresting TAS.
