I voted Yes. There is a few things wrong with this movie, but I know how big of a pain luck manipulation is in this game. I don't really agree with doing this in Hard Mode. It doesn't seem to offer anything to this game.

Mister Boat should cry himself a river and float away from here. IMO

It varies. Some of the doors like the one the leads to the Skeleton Cave require you enter it and exit it for it to work right.

Camilla needed to be BONED! Currently this movie is 3082 frames (51.36 seconds) faster than my old movie. There is way less lag, but still a tiny bit in this area. Looks way better though. I also hit Camilla twice with one bone which is always nice. I also stayed on the ground rather than jumping the platform like shown in my old run. I tried hitting the goat twice with one bone a bunch, but it didn't seem to work. Too bad. :\

Absolutely a beautiful run. Yes even though my vote hardly matters at this point.

I tried doing that and it was slower. I also tried turning off the DSS at the vertical platforming part below the save and get enough MP to run on the platform outside the save room and reach the refill. I thought that would end up faster because the fast run DSS doesn't effect jumping speed and I was jumping most through that room. It ended up being a bit slower because for the length you would have to turn it off to have enough MP to reach the save you would still gain more time running even on those short platforms. Hope that makes since.

The Golem has been BWNED! A whopping 1311 frames faster so far. This Machine Tower in this version is way better. I probably got most of those frames off there. Mostly because the lack of lag and hardly any waiting. Watch the old one you'll see the difference. As always, comments are welcome.

Hello Gentlemen. It's time for me to revive this topic as I'm finally starting to work on my final version of my normal route with DSS glitching. Here is my current progress. I'm currently 579 frames faster than my old movie due to more precision, less lag due to non laggy VBA, less save visits, and other minor things.

Guild Wars has been consuming my soul, but I haven't forgotten about this. So far It's 587 frames faster than my previous version. I'm not that far in either. I'd upload it, but my host is being stupid.

I've been playing X8 lately and I can honestly say It's not a bad game at all. Atleast Capcom put the series back in the right track. X5, X6, and especially X7 were horrible games. I don't see how you can rate X7 higher than X8. You should atleast backup your opinions.

Nitsuja for sure. My CotM movie wouldn't exist if it wasn't for him. He also did a lot improving Snes9x.

Yeah, this is the only CV game I don't know well so sorry if my suggestions suck. I thought you needed all the relics to open up the floor to fight Maxim. Your probably right about the Crushing Stone..you could get off way more hits and do more damage using the Plat Tip. I think I won't do this game as I suck at making routes. It's way easier in CotM. Getting all the relics and knowing when to do a quick reset just makes it more complicated. I need to finish my non lag normal route of CotM anyways. Also do you plan on doing the best ending when you finish this? It would be more interesting, though more confusing as there is a ton of backtracking.
