Awesome! I've been waiting for this like Duke Nukem Forever. Of course this came out and Duke never will, but thats beside the point. An obvious yes vote from me. Kinda funny the Quick Man stage was almost exclusively played with a black screen due to that glitch.

Anyone ever play this? It's a Really addictive free to play online overhead shooter. Has you standard CTF, Deathmatch, even a Star Wars type map with the deathstar. Site can be found here. http://sshq.forumhq.net/index.php My name is OgreSlayeR_ on it.

I voted no. I find it hard to be entertained when the player just glitches through the game very quickly and being visually confusing. Although this isn't as bad as the LTTP run. I prefer glitches like those found in the Rockman 1 video, they were entertaining to look at anyways. Just my 2 cents.

Oh, I actually get that too sometimes but if you play it like one or two more times it goes okay. It's the only spot so far that does that.

Hey all, I've been recently working on Skyblazer again. For a while I put it on hold and I just finished the water level. Heres my WIP.. http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/2/SkyBlazer-OgreSlayeR.smv Any comments on how it could be faster or anything would be appreciated. Edit: The rom is Skyblazer (E) btw.

Great movie! I love teh B&BH. I say yes to this one, though I think it could be improved in a couple of spots but not much.

I've tried and this game is the same as DKC as far as rolling concerns. You can't do several in a row without pausing. So small jumps would be needed. Anyways I was annoyed to find out the 2nd level of world 3 desynced on me. So I'm not messing with this anymore untill a better version of 9x is out.

http://www.geocities.com/aazurreco/OgreSlayer-DKC2.ZIP It plays to the end of the first level of the 3rd world. Thanks to Zurreco for hosting this. Edit: Almost forgot the rom is Donkey Kong Country 2 - Diddy's Kong Quest (U) (V1.0).

Hey all, I've been thinking about having a go at this game. What do you guys think? The game is basicly a mix of contra and a first person sim. While the platform levels kinda suck, the flying parts are pretty nice and would be intresting the watch. I'm wondering if this game has any glitches to abuse. I haven't found any yet.

Okay, I'm gonna quit doing this very soon. I've tried and tried and tried (etc) to do this glitch but no luck doing so. Does the head supposed to hit you right when you get picked up or what? (was impossible for it to hit me, it flew too low) Or does it supposed to hit you right when the tornado is about to take you to the next screen?

Alright, I've yet to do this glitch right. The directions are pretty vague so if anyone has any tips or anything I'd appreciate it.

I started time attacking this game recently. I could do the fall through floor glitch with only a couple trys, though doing that cliff glitch is next to impossible. Maybe I'm doing it wrong because I've gotten warped to the town twice.

I think there was a bit too many health losses, where all of them really nessecary?
Yes, it has been measured and any point I take damage is faster.

And as I and probably others suspected, the sim sections aren't very fun to watch and there's just nothing you can really do about it. I found myself fast forwarding through every one and I don't think that should be necessary in watching a time attack.
Well, they might not be for every one, but I spent lots of time optimizing the menus and trying to make it look a bit more intresting killing the monsters with precise shots and in different ways.
I assume you attack during a jump to extend the distance you jump? I never knew about that.
Yes thats what it's used for, making a couple of shortcuts.

I'm happy to say this Aitos "bug" if you want to call it that, isn't bothering me anymore. I was almost literally pulling my hair out in frustration. Anyways, comments on my run so far would be apreciated.

I know there are a few emulators that support recording. But is there any that support rerecording? I think it would be pretty cool doing Time Attacks on it. Specially on really hard games such as Haunted Castle.

Ok I think I'll do this. I think I might just do the crawler tracks so it's not as long.

I just started doing a time attack in this game. Would be intresting to watch. It's pretty fast paced and doing tricks makes you go faster. Just got 25.08 on first track doing continious rolls+twists. I screwed only one thing up and on of my rolls didn't get a twist with it. 24 something might be possible. What do you guys think? Should I try for the whole game? Going to redo the first track soon probably.
