Though I would never say no to someone doing such as run, that fact would, for me at least, think better things could be done for these games. As nice as it was to see Advance 1 broken as it was, a non spin dash glitch run would be something I would enjoy. Also as I have possibly mentioned before, but no harm in repeating, for Advance 2, Nintendan made a (Non-TAS) video of Egg Utopia act 2, IIRC, collecting all the Special rings, (The rings that when collected give you acess to the Special Stages) which was very entertaining. The video showed that a 100% run here could prove to be good to watch.

GameFAQs says Mewtwo is level 70, whilst apparently other pokemon found on his floor are 60-70, which could add some last minute power to a team if needed, if you chose to pick him up. By the time you get to this stage you may have enough to money solve their lack of EV problems with Protein, Iron and the like. There still for sale in the huge Poke Mart right? Are you sure the Elite Four round 2 will be such a huge problem though? From what I have seen of the other pokemon runs on the site nothing of the sort of training in the grass for 2 hours was needed, even for the fight with Red.

The problem is that I think their pokemon will be to high leveled the second time around, I and don't want to spend 2 hours fighting wild pokemon to level up.
If it would come to that would it not just be quicker to pick up some legendaries on the way? Even if you had to go out of your way to pick up Mewtwo near the end, I can not see the need to level up against wild Pokemon.

As were somewhat on the subject, if there was anyway it could be done I am sure that a four player Four Swords run would be one of the best runs on the Site. On topic, the only reason I can see to Super Mario World on the GBA is to do an all Yoshi Coins run, as the game keeps track of it and awards you with a little cutscene if you get them all. Luigi also has his flutter jump right?

I keep thinking of Sonic Labyrinth, especially with the ball rolling pun. I feel dirty. From a pure fan boy perspective a 100% Triple Trouble would be great to see, if just For Fang the Sniper. At least half of those special stages are normal gameplay, and extra bosses are always nice. Especially when those bosses are Nack, the true first Sonic character to have a gun.

I have actually always wanted to see the TAS of a game where there's no upper speed limit. I believe no such game exists (at least not for the older consoles)?
Was possible Sonic Advance 2 with air dash abuse IIRC.

I would have intrest in a 100% run, but how long do you think it would take? Would it even get accepted here? Also I do not suppose a "clean" run considers Joker-doom, a dirty glitch does it? Just as that would, in theory at least, make me further want to watch it.

With just those improvements alone, all before the Narshe Battle, I could get the time down to 3:50 no problem. And with a route change to take advantage of Celes and maybe Gau I think 3:30 is possible!
Are you going to? Regardless, congrats on finishing. When I have an afternoon or so free I will sit down and enjoy this.

That would actually be great, and not only for the evil laugh he would do at the end as he happily lets the fuzzy little animals boil to death into a chicken and acid soup. With comments like "The rules of Samus's movement had to be re-learned each time I got an item that changed something about her movement." suggests there would be a lot to talk about. Not that I want to delay any Sonic runs that may be in progress of course...

Agreed. There have been three runs that I have watched that have contained commentry, this, a Devil My Cry run, and a Metroid prime 2 run. They turned the runs from decent viewing into runs that are amongst my favorite.

Voted yes, though I have not watched the normal run thats already on the site, so I am unable to say how similar the two are, and thus say if second run would be wanted. Looked to be very well played. Slight nag though, for some of the larger falls could there not be some activity? The only real example I can think of, off the top of my head would be collecting all the small crystals during that large descent in Monsoon Jungle, instead of just hugging the right hand wall. Also just out of curiosity, more than anything, what do you think an run that collected all the CD's and achieved all golds for getting a high score on each level would be like?

Not quite sure what you're trying to ask, but Zoness can net around 450~ hits compared to Sector X's 331. Top in the fact that Aquas' record is 362 compared to Katina's 317, Sector Y is probably the choice to take if you think you can keep the gap between Meteo and Sector Y (which is only about 120 or so) relatively "small". rawr D:
Does that mean that going along the Red route until Macbeth is the route to go to get the best score? If so, and you are going for a high score run, why do you go to meteo? Are you not saying that the loss in points from going to SectorY instead can be made up from Aquas and Zoness? Anyway great run thus far, and power to you for redoing for perfection in Corneria.

Also a changed picture (As in picture like the one at the start of the game when waching Din dance/Nayru sing). Probably a slight change in dialogue also on acount of the Oracles. Again minor things. So yeah, your really not missing out on anything by not finishing both linked games, in regard to the endings at least.

Though the two linked endings are quite similar, they are slightly different. Not trying to spoil anything, there is a different Maku Tree in each linked ending.

Loved this when I was younger. Different levels when playing as either Mickey or Donald right, as well as if there are 2 players or not? Would love to see any run, 2 player moreso, but a solo run with either would be cool too.

I assume it would be judged the same as the other Zelda runs on the site, mainly ALTTP, and to a lesser extent, due to version differences, LA on the game boy. One run for fast as possible, and another fast as possible, but doing what was intended. In other words, I can not see an all medalion run not being accepted.

If this doesn't work out, you can always try to do a run of the GTA game on the GBA. Kinda like GTA3 on the GBA in the style of the first games IIRC.

Considering one of the major reasons the recent all emerald run im Sonic 1 was rejected was due to it being too similar to the run by JXQ, including all rings would likley mean an 100% run would be accepted. Im guessing the answer is yes, but in Sonic 2 if all rings in a level are collected, but rings are used due to transformation into a super form, is the perfect bonus still awarded?

It was nice to read in the forum "hey, would you ever try Sonic2" just before I went on a week holiday, and then see a new Stared movie in the recent additions when I get back. Along with the rest, loved how Tails was actually used for entertainment instead of just using him when time could be saved. Especially when realising how much extra effort would have to be put in. Would definetly hope, if an improvement was ever made to S3&K that Tails could be included in this way again... Grats.

Sure thing. Check the bottom of the run's comments again, they're updated.
Thanks.

Loved it. Especially the Cyber Track boss and Chaos Angel 1 and 2. Also find it somewhat amusing that Cream was not the fastest choice for the bosses she could fight. Couple of follow up questions... Just out of curiosity is there any chance we could see you do the Nonaggresion fight? Also its kinda a drag that there are no other Sonic Advance games to dominate left, are you still considering doing a non super spin dash run of advance 1 like you had mentioned in your page here? (Or failing that an video that NintenDan posted here a while ago shows a Advance 2 emerald run would be cool...)
