That's what YOU did in your videos and that's what we didn't do in our 2 player run. Normally, we must stop after the first text because by pressing buttons, we can avoid that text which saves a little time.

Bad luck. It was the fastest time to beat the game without losing too much time.

Be patient guys because I will do it using ZSnes when all required features will be implemented in ZSnes. A 2 player run will full bonuses.

I think Nach already knows what features must be added and/or fixed but wants us to test if there's currently some bugs when recording a movie. I told him privatly what things must be done. Like a browse file menu instead of "movie name" = "rom name" which must be exactly in the good dir otherwise, it will not open. Right now, there's a lack of user-friendliness in ZSnes to help people creating movies.

IMO, I think that game will be boring to watch.

Why you are talking about a miserable game called Megaman when it is an emulator topic??

Though, timeattack or not a chess game is a chess game. Only strategy you use make the difference slowdown or not. A silly game to timeattack is Popeye :P

Caithsith2: That's not true that Nintendulator is the only emulator supporting other devices. VirtuaNES also can use other devices.

Well, Battletoads is an excellent and tough game. An ideal game to timeattack. It deserves all 4 possible movies.

I have just finished stage 5 and I manage to improve it by 17 frames due to some minor optimizations. From now on, I am 2597 frames faster than FODA which is a little more than 43 seconds faster at that point. To see it, http://hiddendragon.sytes.net/Battletoads%20(U).zip I am waiting comments from people.

Like FODA said before, a 2 player run cannot beat a 1 player in time due to a stupid bug. So he suggested this type of run and I beat his time. Though, I will let people decide. I will be neutral. Bisqwit: I suggest you to watch it first then see.

I've just finished stage 4 and it's 47 frames faster. I did what FODA had suggested and it works and saved me ~30 frames and did 2 minor optimizations. Though, I lost 4 frames to die in the end of stage. In reality. I am supposed to be 51 frames faster. Want to watch it!? Same link as before.
