Hello Shakespeare. I need to know what you are going to do with this. 1) If you are hex-editing together an even more awesome new version (which I personally think will be near-impossible due to enemy randomness, but it's your choice), you or I should set this to Canceled. 2) If you scrap or postpone that idea, I will set this to Published. It is still possible for you to submit an improvement later of course, but it's stupid to encode this just to have you show up with a new version a week later.[/
Currently i am looking forward to WIP: Snes9X Movie Editor (I am pretty sure this will help me a lot in joining Fights) It's a bad idea to set this to publish or canceled while a possible good work is in pending .... We should'nt take any decission until I completely won or loose Joining fights. I think Set this to Delayed

Shakespeare, the type of hex-editing you are wanting to do hasn't worked, and unfortunately has virtually zero chance of working. Perhaps you could work on a new run combining your efforts of the previous runs.
It's possible, When it say Round 1 Fight, CPU's first move will actually against Ken's first move (For Example if you do Ken's High Punch, every time CPU will do same move against it) Copying pasting from (when it say fight) start might help in this..

You could always piece together the AVI from the various segments, if that's what you want to do, but that wouldn't be publishable on this site (as there would be no one SMV to get it from).
It's a bad idea... I already tried it. it changes the score every time. It's cheating.... I am against it.

It's a good News, we really need. I really can't think of any feature since beta release. I suggest other coders to join this and make it Official NES Video Editor.

I Voted Yes about Advertising. There should'nt be any shame in making money with website which is actually for maintenance. You spend your time, your Pc so you are eligible for earning money. Secondly i won't recommend Google's Advertisement Why? because they pay for Click not Impression. As every Regular visitor know that Site is getting Highter Page Visits daily, so i suggest to use a Advertiser who actually pays for CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impression)Popups/Pop Unders are always paifull so i won't recommend them, Additionally use Google search because it's popular.

I don't think it's worth the trouble when we can just modify mame, which already supports practically everything, and is open source.
FBA got everything too.. Mame requires to work from beginning while FBA is rerecord supported, just need to add latest games supports. Probably like, copying pasting New game codes from Neofighters version or whatever...

It doesn't look like the Evo team has released their sourcecode. At least, I couldn't find it anywhere. It would be hard to do anything without it.

I tried to used Hex Editors for editing My SSF22 - TNC Tas, asked peoples, read articles. But i am unable to to do anything... Hex Editing is Hard so i think we need some tool for editing movies instead of Hex Editing. For Winkawaks (Noegeo/CPS Emulator) i have a program called Combo Maker which can edit movie/savestate files recorded using Winkawaks. It's a little easier than Hex Editing, because it show button pressed in editing window as well as frames & so... Please someone try to mdify this thing. Link is here. http://rapidshare.de/files/16398809/Combos_Maker.zip.html Included Exe, Example Recording & Savestate.

I have found a Modified version of FBA which supports all latest games (All Metal Slugs/All King of Fighters & so) But It's in Spanish or French & not support re-recording, also some bugs when loading roms. Can someone add latest games support to FBA? http://rapidshare.de/files/16313303/fba.rar.html This is full game support emulator.

Bablo tried Hex Editing this one & failed. Can someone else try joining it? or teach me so i can do it myself... How it works. Suppose: I want to eliminate DJ's Fight from old .smv & it starts & ends 1000-2000 frames. Now i want to copy DJ's fight from 2nd .smv & it starts & end 1000-1850, saving 150 frames. How will i join 2nd .smv DJ's fight to 1st. How will i recognise the correct point of editing? I have lot questions to ask... Hex Editors, please help me.

OK. Finally I finished remakes to some Fights. Here is the List. Fight 2 - DJ (Round 1 & 2) Fight 5 - E-Honda (Round 1) Fight 6 - Feilong (Round 2) Fight 7 - Zangief (Round 2) Fight 8 - T.Hawk (Round 1) Fight 9 - Balrog (Round 1 & 2) Fight 11 - Sagat (Round 1) Link for the records --> http://kofdangerous.simgames.net/tmp/Super%20Street%20Fighter%20II%20-%20TNC%20WIP.zip http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2B8B6ALD I re-did only the once which i think, can be improved without lossing time. Approximately 10+ seconds improvement as well as increase entertainment. How to See: Every Fight contains Record+Save State. Copy Paste the save state with rom. Open Record as Read Only, Press F1 for rewind. OK. Now I need help of Hex Editers, I never tried any Hex Editing program in past. So better if someone try to Hex Edit it. Thanks...... Please do it faster, Tommorow i am going to my aunt's home for 1 week. I may unable to answer any question about fights after tommorow. When Hex Edited. Votes should be cleared (because 7 fight remade) Edit: Mirror Updated.

Huh I work alone...

I don't think a Vega Run would be that entertaining. He has cool and fast moves along with the walljump, but his combo-possibilities are very limited so IMO the fights would get repetitive after a while.
At this place I want to ask, what is entertainment for viewers?

Metal Slug 5, and KoF 2003 and above are deemed too new, therefore, emulator developers don't want to officially add support for them yet.

I wonder, where are 500 Pending submissions? These are probably new http://tasvideos.org/queue.cgi?type=new Anyway... I want to ask, why Bisqwit only? Some more peoples got fast internet connection. They should work in publishing, there should be more judges. And a suggestion: There should be a topic for --> Submission which should be publish (where people can point out the sumissions)

Problem would be that enemy actions are probably randomized on more than player input, so they would behave differently from last time and the thing will go out of sync.
There sould'nt be any problem, i am planning to change whole fights (for example: Round 1 of any fight) few combos changings too. All is upto if i understand it, i will start working from tommorow. Thanks.

I liked it. Kind of a shame that there were only a couple weapons used.
Both Weapons are powerfull, and slecting others is waste of time.
