This is an example of location for a BizHawk Save RAM file: C:\Users\ThunderAxe31\TASing\BizHawk-2.8-win-x64\GBA\SaveRAM\Pac-Man World (USA).default.SaveRAM
Thanks, and where are the mGBA emulator's RAM files stored?

Maybe. Why don't you try?
I have no idea how. That's part of the reason why I'm asking.

Is there a way to use the same save state file or the same save RAM file between mGBA and Bizhawk's mGBA core? For example, I want to play a game up to a certain point on Bizhawk, then transfer my save data to mGBA to play a certain portion of a game, and then transfer save data back to Bizhawk to play through the rest of the game. Is this possible?

Does Bizhawk's mGBA core support the link function emulation? If it does, then how do I use it? I don't need to play multiplayer games, I just need to connect with other instances of mGBA on the same PC to access additional features in some games I'm recording.

By any chance, does anyone have a Bizhawk save state file or a RAM file for Wario Land 4 (GBA) with Super Hard mode unlocked? I want to play through the Super Hard mode but I don't feel like playing through Hard mode to unlock it.

So, I could send an input movie that starts from power-on, and add a save state that's close to the point where the input always goes off-sync, and that issue would be fixed? Will the old movie still be usable afterwards?

Is desynchronization in an input movie something that can be reported as an Issue on Bizhawk's Github page?

I meant every emulated platfrom with sprite limit option that is not immediately visible in any of the sections of main menu. So, NES too. Platforms like Master System or PC Engine shouldn't be mentioned because I can easily see where to toggle sprite limit. I was wondering about Game Boy, SNES and Genesis. Maybe they didn't even have sprite limit toggle to begin with, and if so, I wish they did.

Since a few recent releases, I can't find the Sprite Limit option in Bizhawk menu anymore. Where did it go? Is sprite limit enabled by default and can't be disabled now?

I would like to know if anyone is having the same problem with Saturn emulation so that I will know if there is a point for me to bother with looking for another rom once again.

I was trying to play the Sega Saturn version of Earthworm Jim 2 but it didn't have any music and Jim's animation was all jittery (especially during whipping). It is especially strange since all other of my Saturn games work well. Also, Bizhawk doesn't play any music in Sega CD games unless they are in .bin+.cue format. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be and how to solve it?

mdf + mds support is not on the radar. If you want to help, you can find some open source emulators and other programs that support them and link to them here, so we have reference materials. It will probably be faster and less work for you just to use different disc images.
I would gladly switch my disc images for other formats but so far I wasn't able to find any alternatives. SSF emulator is based on http://www.geocities.jp/mj3kj8o5/ssf/index.html . The website is in Japanese, you have to click on second-highest link to download the emulator.

iso is supported (as well as it can be; the iso format does not and will not ever work with CDDA). In what way do you see iso not working?
I just reinstalled BizHawk, tried again and it turns out .iso does work... strange. There must have been something wrong with my bios or something. But my question about .mdf + .mds format still stands. Most of my disc images for Saturn games are in this format, and I have to use SSF emulator to run them.
