This thread: http://tasvideos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5649 fixed my problem. It doesn't make any sense though because there already was a wnaspi32.dll in \system32.

It's been too long to remember exactly, but I know I haven't made any major changes since well before it was still working fine. I had no issues after rebuilding my computer in late 2004, didn't play genesis games for a long time, then this past fall it wouldn't load properly. The only system-wide things I changed were windows updates, but if that were the culprit many more people would have this problem. If there's a debug version I could run to help fix it just let me know and I'd be more than willing to trouble shoot it.

I never updated DirectX before or after this started happening, it's been 9.0c for the longest time. Same for my video drivers.

I've had this exact problem with the stock 2.12 and 2.14 as well as the "movie 9" versions for months. It does change the bit depth of my desktop from 32 to 16, but it sits on "Gens - Idle" in the title bar with a white window and no menu. Starting it from 16 bit doesn't help. There isn't a gens.cfg file in the directory, and it fails to create one like it should. Putting one there doesn't help.

Almost all our genetic information is doubled - for males, all of it - so it's reasonable to assume that this includes Rh positivity.
The count of chromosomes in humans is 46. Females have two of every one including 2 Xs, males have 2 of the first 22 and then one X and one Y. None of the chromosomes should be identical unless your parents are closely related by blood. The way genes are passed on is randomized with every generation, so you don't pass on just those of your father or mother, but a mix of both. The Rh factor isn't linked to the ABO genes, so it can be different from the inherited blood type.

The only thing I know about blood type has to do with its influence on diet, hormonal levels, and personality development. And that has nothing to do with +/-.
It is currently thought that the antigens arose from environmental factors related to those, but it isn't proven yet. The only thing known is the geographic spreading of the blood types, from which they made those theories.

anyone with O can receive blood from A B and AB A can receive from A and AB B can receive from B and AB AB can only receive from AB
Swap all your "receive from"s with "give to"s. Type A means you have the A antigens on your red blood cells and hence don't have antibodies for it, meaning you can accept blood from anybody who either has just A antigens or has no antigens, namely A or O. B works the same way, O indicates you have no antigens on your RBCs. O can only accept from O but can donate to all (The Universal Donator), A can only accept from A or O and only donate to A or AB, B can only accept from B or O and only give to B or AB, and AB can accept from anybody but only donate to other AB (The Universal Acceptor). The Rh factor works just like the other antigens in that if you're + you have the antigen on your RBCs and can accept either + or - but only give to other +. Its gene isn't linked to the ABO antigens so their inheritances aren't linked.

Leaving the Max box checked resets it to 999 every time, so uncheck it and change the number to 100%. 200% would be double, 300% triple, etc.

Uncheck the "Max" box next to the speed.

I fiddled with the game a month or two ago, but my movie isn't anywhere near submittable (extra shots, non-optimized movement, used the S weapon instead of the P, etc). I also found out that there's a hard mode at the end accessible via password and I didn't feel like going through it again. Here's what I did if you want some ideas or just to see what the game is like. I used the japanese version because I like the colors better and some levels have slight differences which make it harder (ie: one level has lasers at the top and bottom of the screen so you can't loop jump), possibly some other things I missed.

ME has built-in zip support like XP does, but 9x doesn't. ZIP is fine for files like fmvs because they're highly repetetive text (ever look at one in a text editor?) and you probably won't get much more space saved by making it a rar. RAR is great for large files like movies and CD images because of its more complex algorithm which will compress many times smaller than ZIP would. TAR I'm not sure about, but I think that even if you get an incomplete file you can still extract whatever pieces you do have without issue unlike ZIP/RAR.

FF4j comes in both Hard Type and Easy Type, plus there's extra things in the various versions like PornoMag and some lewd jokes.

I'd suggest using a different client which can handle multiple torrents in one window. It'll probably be more efficient and certainly cleaner looking from a better GUI. ABC does it, as does Azureus, and probably a few more. Google is your friend!
