How can it be a clear if you don't beat the game?
If you don't save, it doesn't matter if you beat the game. Saving just creates the base file the game needs to append the CLEAR conditions to it when you do beat it. ActRaiser is the same way. If you play the game with a blank SRAM file, then beat it, Professional! Mode won't be unlocked.

Voting no because zero coins is an arbitrary condition, and it's slower then present records.

20GB? FINALLY a REAL use for Blu-Ray Discs!

Voting yes because it's not Battle Chess. Actually, I'm not voting yet. I just had to say that because I'm dumb like that.

While it's not perfect, I will say that if you're doing low glitch, I think pausing shouldn't be used. My opinion though.

Sad thing is, I actually remember that commercial when it ORIGINALLY ran. Am I dating myself here? BTW, I never remember getting 6 strategy guides. I swear they only did 4 and said "screw this" and started selling guides individually from the main subscription.

Awesome run. One question - are all the bosses required in order to reach the Abyss? Or is it just to improve stats? How interesting of Konami to reuse Dracula's "true form" sprite from SotN for Soma's "true form". ^^;;

Odd, the Samus I knew uses the Power Beam on her right hand. Just seeing all the distinct objects/characters takes some work. This appears to be a decent job.
While it's correct, it's intending to portray the original poster, which had Luke holding a blaster in his left hand.

Show me a game that has zero bugs in it. I bet you can't. No vote.

Somebody was obviously inspired by AVGN, since he posted the video to his YouTube account a few weeks ago...

The hack is kinda meh. The fact that the music constantly resets are you're going through is kinda obnoxious. It's not like the original where it changed for a room then changed back, it's just resetting for no apparent reason.

I would like to see the Wii version over the PSX, but I'll take whichever I can get.
Any particular reason why? Sure the Wii version looks better but then we'd have to sit through Klonoa's horrible English voice whenever the author double jumps.
You do realize that the Phantomile voicing is still in the Wii version, right? The quality of the game is much higher, so seeing the remake would be cooler. Or as a compromise, do a low% run on one version and 100% on the other.

This doesn't even look like a run you'd see on SDA. Voting no before I finished watching the movie. (note: I didn't even finish watching Stage 1)
Of course you wouldn't, because it's already been done...5 minutes faster. http://speeddemosarchive.com/Contra.html#NoItems

This is like the Maxim run, only it's beyond the ridiculous level. It might be a bit more entertaining to have a Lv 1 run, but at Lv 255, it's kinda dull. Are we watching Order of Ecclesia, or Superman?

Notes about flash man: 1. You stopped while killing the first enemy. 2. You didn't jump off of all ledges, which if you jump off it speeds you up. 3. Your flash man fight was not optimal. You started attacking too late and you were very high up at the end, which costs frames. The majority of it wasn't too bad though for a first TAS.

Personally, I don't care for this hack. The only things I liked about it: 1. Use of Kirby's Adventure for Crash Man's level. 2. Fixing the Item 1 & 2 flipping error. 3. Wily 4 boss. Voting NO on game choice.

There really is no benefit to taking damage in a TMNT game.

Much superior processing power compared to the NES version, yet they can't process the turtles walking though water...they're walking ON water. :(
