Is that item worth that much more than the other items you can get that are closer? And what about taking the time to finish a random encounter you have to enter or steal something to get money and items, that should take less than 10 seconds.

Well you need to sell stuff to get money for grenades, or the hyper could be used normally, the additional limit breaks might be worth it. You don't want to have to pick up the item far from save point after walking away from the house aeris is in like garland did in his run, but the TAS will need less grenades so maybe you don't even need that much money.

I was thinking you might be able to megaflip to get over the boss door by throwing a bomb into the vertical tunnel, have it bounce around in there while you do your roll.

I think someone should give this acute angle a try, or maybe there's one even better around somewhere else. As long there's one somewhere in that tower you might be able to drop down into the doorway of your choice.

Will they're stationary as long as you don't pick them up just like the bushes which it works with :P Is it because the bomb explodes too soon or isn't low enough? Maybe there's a way to get it to work with a bomb.

Maybe both routes are needed to be tested? First test if buying the deku stick is faster with new forest escape.

Ya a height memory address would be really useful. As for the guay, I think I roughly timed that it takes about 50 seconds to lure it over there from the time you enter LH, compared to about 18 for just sidehopping there normally. So using the guay takes about 32 extra seconds.

I'm having trouble with this megaflip off the tektite. I'm rolling at last frame possible for the tektite to still hit your shield, then backflipping at the soonest frame possible for the tektite to hit your shield, it always just hits my shield and then I do a regular backflip. What should I be doing instead? If bloobielba can get within a couple pixels just using tektites if you used a guay for the megaflip after getting max height off the tektites you should be able to do it. Of course doing without the guay would be faster but if can't be done guay would be the next best thing. The question is can you use the guay successfully? It would be tricky because it will fly away after about 10 seconds or so you have to catch its attention, then hover up to max tektite height in about 10 seconds which is pushing it, then still have it worked out so that the will go in for another attack on you right before it leaves. I think you might need to start with 2 tektites and have then lined up and staggered so you can do two backflips off each, then the first tektite should circle around you while you're backflipping off the second and you could do 1 more back flip off it to gain max height as it'd be jumping from the higher ground. I'll test this as soon as I figure out how to megaflip.

I think your best bet would be an acute angle glitch into the wall. Maybe where that railing meets the wall left of the door. Is that the lowest door you can get to?

Yeah just one tektite is enough to hover with, I don't think an extra tektite would help. Also the ground seems a bit higher a bit away from the wall, but the ledge seems closest by the wall, so the sideways superflip may be the best idea
Interesting, I'd like to know how you're starting the hover with one tektite and how you're doing the megaflip, can you post a WIP? How do you plan to hover not against the wall, don't you need the wall to stop you from flipping away from the tektite so it won't miss you?

Did he go over the bars or under them? Using this to leave the gandorf battle would be an awesome break because you could skip light arrows.

Can you get the hover started with just one tektite? Is there a way to megaflip sideways from the direction you're facing, like maybe a sideroll? Because I think you'd need to backflip against the side wall to gain height while still being a certain distance from the fishing pond ledge.

Are you trying it with a mega flip? because that would gain you extra height because you could start from higher up. Also you'd want the tektite to jump from the higher ground towards you.

Are you sure you even need the door? The final place you go to before the ganon battle is outside. Maybe just going to this place is enough to trigger the scene.

That's not true, you can do it with dual and single, it should be possible. I remember doing sniper rifle and rocket launcher with just the dual rocket launcher code on dam. When you do you the glitch sometimes the one of the weapons goes away after your stop firing, but sometimes it doesn't, I never figured out what made the difference. Probably just timing.

Maybe you could do the statue in the door trick and use something like the DoT skip to preform acute angle glitch. Or is there a C item you could use to jump slash with? Or maybe you could DoT skip trick on that door? Also I was wonder if anyone's tried jumping down from castle after beating gandorf. It looks like the final place you go to when you leave the last door is just down there.

Could anyone please hook me up with a save state to try scarecrow/bean skip? Anything with adult link and no water at LH I think would suffice. Also I need to know how you do the ISG, hovers and mega flip off enemies. I'm going to try mega flipping from several distances at peak height and then if that doesn't work I throw in a guay which will be tricky but I'm expecting the guay to work, it'll just be very tricky to set up the tekities right so you can hover off them fast enough to get hit the guay before it flies away.
