That's lame there's only 9 pellet memory addresses. Are you sure that it's always 9 and can never be different? If it's that simple (9*6=54<required amount) why was there all this fuss about people claiming to have beaten it and walter day going to see these people and a $100,000 reward? Also, of the supposed perfect games, did they also get all 9 pellets on the split screen 6 times or did they lose some lives in previous levels?

Are there only 9 pellets on the right side? Not sure if this is possible but you might be able to have your score be the right amount so you get an extra life right after clearing the right side for the first time. Then maybe there's enough points to get another one. It looks you can have at least 6 lives from that video, so this would give you 7 or 8, almost enough.

Any progress with this? It shouldn't be too hard to get to 256 with that dip switch. But honestly I think it be best to figure to have a coding expert analyze the error so we can understand what kind level exists on the right half of the screen and decide whether it's possible or not. From the videos I've seen it's pretty weird and I could easily see it making dots you can't get to. I still think it'd be interesting to see perfect score done quick, or just some of perfect score pacman I can't find any videos about it. That's why Twingalaxies sucks, they shouldn't be able to claim records publicly without public proof.

So I was watching the wip and I'm wondering why some of these tricks weren't used: Burner man: 1. After the first icewall trick, you climb a ladder then there's a thin floor above you and a wall to the right, can you not glitch in this upper-right corner? 2. You glitch into the floor for the first of the two doors that lead to burner man, but then you jump out of the floor as opposed to zipping through the door as was done in pirate man's level. Astro man: 1. At the first door, same thing as burner man #2. 2. At the part where the floor moves you up into spikes, there's an upper-left corner. I think I've seen zipping through spikes before, but I don't know it's limitations. Also the floor moves up right next to the left wall, was thinking you might be able to glitch in like an item-1 in RM2. 3. At the part where you zip through a 1 screen room and continue zipping after it, there's an upper-left corner after the room with a long ceiling you eventual glitch into anyway. There's also an upper-right corner in the 1 screen room which would be even better if that worked. Dynamo man: 1. After the conveyor belts there's an electric station in an upper-right corner, if you could glitch in here this could allow zipping all the way to the sub-boss room. 2. At the next conveyor belt part, could you use those blue blocks as a wall and glitch past them?

:( On the brighter side of things Acryte is working on new discoveries which may be as useful as skipping a bottle.

Cannot go past the side of the screen, What do you mean? How does 8 pixels/frame enter into that? Also, can L-bolt let you zip left?

Well I went looking, there's bit and pieces of information scattered across multiple pages. It would be nice if someone could consolidate it all into one post. What I gathered is that with ice wall you can glitch into an upper corner if there's enough room for ice wall (and maybe a little more for your character too, but this was not mentioned) and for upper-left corners you have to enter the menu. While in walls you can climb upwards at about jumping speed. The L-bolt can be used to zip up and down, and read some stuff about horizontal too, but sure how this is different that just zipping right normally, but maybe it can also zip you left? Is that all right? Does anyone know about this horizontal L-bolt zipping?

But want to know it's limitations, it seems like there must be some or it would have been used more.

Reminds me of goldeneye how you can warp certain gaps easier with turbo mode on. Seems like there's a lot of things you could try, like backflip/sidehop, that's gotten past a lot of gaps. There's there's super flips and super slides. That infinite sword glitch super flip seems to warp you really fast, should give that a try. Then I remember a video someone getting huge speed boost off the forest giant's shockwave, looked faster than a super slide. Can you get boosted during a super slide and pick up more speed? If your doing something like a super flip it would probably require pixel perfect alignment with the crack in the door, but something like a superslide could move over the crack covering a span. Well, maybe the super flip could cover a small span since it moves you pretty far.

I doubt it is possible but I know if you got in there you could pull the master sword and become an adult regardless of what you have done. It was tested using a gameshark code to have super speed that was fast enough to run through the door of time.
Is there a video of that? superslide isn't fast enough?

How does these icewall/lightning bolt glitches work and what are their limitations?

Is there nothing in that room that can hit you?

Do you even need the green spiritual stone to become adult?

Well you don't need the sling shot if you can find a way to hit the trigger for the bombchus. Maybe you can super flip up there or something.

I tried recording the movie, then loading a save state. It loads the save state and is still in recording mode, but when I stop recording then go back and play it, it plays just that part before I loaded the save state.

School was coming along nicely I was almost done, I thought it was pretty kick ass almost perfected. But then I accidentally deleted the replay. I hit record movie instead of play, selected the movie that I wanted to play, then I guess it just records over it without prompting you if you're sure. Really seems like there should be a prompt for that. I kind of don't want to redo my progress now as it took a long time, maybe later. I was kind of enjoying it though. I'd rather work on ridiculous always special combos though, which I was going to do after I finished the TAS.

See how many guns you can get into the air and hit the ground about the same time. Shoot one gun up really high, maybe even use 30 bullets and reload, then shoot another gun up to the same height as the falling gun, and repeat. Or see how many guns you can sustain in the air for a long time, my guess is you couldn't do more than two with having to reload constantly. But two guns all the way up to the ceiling would be awesome, it's such a high ceiling.

at least for the normal quest I read you could use bombs for the jabu trigers. The first switch in the spirit temple you can reach by going across on the green bubble. However, the switch which brings down the bombchus can't be reached. That was the only reason you needed the slingshot for, but the time it would save is about the same as the time it takes to get. Can someone please answer my questions about where you can get bombs? This is important to know so the right number of SSes are used.

You can get a fish or a bug for the reverse BA right, as you don't need the water medallion? Which would be faster? Can someone with intimate knowledge of this game figure out where all the places to get bombs are along that route? Did I hear you can cut grass while SSing? Makes me think first trip to LH you could get filled up on bombs while SSing from place to place. But are there grass patches/enemies conveniently along the way? Then what about bomb pickups while SSing in HF, you'll go from castle to KV, KV to KF, (pretty sure you can get bombs while in LW), KF to LLR. Are there any patches/enemies along these routes? Then when you get epona she cuts grass and kills stuff right? Can you get some bombs while going from LLR to LH, LH to FP, LH to GV? Once you warp to Graveyard you'll be on foot rest of the way right? With a bottle on b? So could you pick up anymore bombs besides maybe killing guys with bombs?

Well if this run could pick up more random bomb drops which it sounds like it could that would be best since there are a lot SSes that couldn't be used, especially in the adult part, HF, KV, DM. What is the current route now? Then can we figure out where all the potential places to get bombs are along that route? It's better to plan this stuff out ahead of time so you don't get into the middle of the run and realize you could have done an extra SS awhile back, or find out you'll need to go way out of your way to pick up some bombs cause you did too many SSes.

How are you sure that all of those SSes were necessary?

Before you leave KV there's a long straight part, you could have the bomb ready to go from after getting the bottle, it's much (about 5 times) longer than the first superslide guano did on the castle grounds. When you first enter zora's river, blow up those rocks, then track back to get bombs, you could throw a bomb for a super slide before getting the bombs, get the bombs, then super slide. Not sure you could still do the owl skip or if you need to. After getting the fish in ZD I think there might be a pretty good superslide (ss) At the start of jaba there's a good SS.

I can't wait to see this. Are all the bombs/super slides planned out yet? If not we should get cracking on that. In the last run there were a few really small slides done while trying to make it into the castle before night, but I think it could still be done without a couple of those, and then you could do some much bigger ones in the village. Also, are all the convenient places to pick up bombs known? even if it takes you 15 seconds out of your way it could still be worth it if you get a lot of bombs. Since there will be no manual reseting, is the fastest way to die hitting your own bombchu? And can that be done at all the places were you need to die? Or what are the plans for dieing? Do we know the the strategy for hitting the chuchos with the slingshot. Like which ones to hit, when to hit them, and where you can get them to be later by hitting them.
