Oh. He's back.
And he didn't read why he was rejected.
'Cause he doesn't know English.

Oh so that explains why you couldn't understand what I wrote, because you read it as if I was a complete idiotic British twat.
Well 1 I'm not an idiotic twat and 2 I'm bloody Australian.
And because you brought up the un-rejected part I'm just going to send you to Sam's post on why I thought that.
The "OH MY GOD YOU CANT POST FOR THIS TO BE UNREJECTED" has reasons by the author on why it was canceled.
If you can use your brain for at least a couple of seconds you wouldn't be creating this shitstrom.

Nitpick on the infomation about dumping in the video.
This information is incorrect for n64.
You edit the video resolution (n64 > Plugins)
This is because n64 is OpenGL compared to all the other cores (including PS1).
Upscaling the dump from 320x240 to higher resolution without modifying the video resolution in the console specific settings is a no, no.

Just incase no one scrolls down to read the "removed video" description it says this:
この動画は任天堂株式会社の申立により、著作権侵害として削除されました。
対象物: 任天堂著作物(不適切な使用形態)
This video by allegations of Nintendo Co., Ltd., has been removed as a copyright infringement.
Object: Nintendo copyrighted work (improper use form)

TL;DR version
[2015-03-09 10:17:41] <Guga_> oh there are also subtitles
[2015-03-09 10:17:45] <Guga_> also time to learn to make .srt
[2015-03-09 10:30:34] <Guga_> Spikestuff: I don't know how to extract them
[2015-03-09 10:30:39] <Guga_> so could you tell me please?
*provides a stuffed up version which he didn't verify which will be explained if you read this entire thing*
[2015-03-09 10:33:08] <Guga_> Spikestuff: how is the process done?
[2015-03-09 10:33:15] <Guga_> textual
[2015-03-09 10:33:39] <Spikestuff> Guga_: I imported it into BizHawk, there isn't a process (that I know of) to do it in lsnes.
[2015-03-09 10:34:59] <Spikestuff> Guga_: Once you moved it into BizHawk "Movie > Play Movie" Select the TAS Select "Subtitles" then "Export To" after exporting remove all the garbage text that was left in it.
Then that IRC convo ended then later on 15th I checked the subs.

Because I didn't think there would be a problem with the subs once I handed them over, even though I didn't look through it myself.
You need to do QCing on those subs or else they'll look shit.
17th came today and there were no subs. So time to teach people how to use lsnes and subtitle extraction!
Subbing 101.lsnes to BizHawk with Subs!
Now if you didn't know this TAS had subs in it.
Bwaaaaaaaa
Yes, the subs are implemented within lsnes file (lsmv).
Now there is no way to extract these subs from within lsnes but there is in BizHawk.
Heavenly Tune sfx
Now after loading the ROM which was used you either drag the lsmv file into BizHawk or import the movie with BizHawk's movie import thingy.
Now when you preview the Subs within BizHawk it would be fine. Right.
Wrong. No wait... it's either Somewhat Correct or Overlapping text.
But when you put the subs within the video after extracting from BizHawk it makes a mistake.
Now before we get into the issues on what could happen get your favorite text editor out.
Mine's Notepad++ and open the .srt that you extracted from BizHawk.
Now sometimes you get something like this:
1
00:20:43,791 --> 00:41:31,743
<font>Thanks for sticking around so long. Enjoy the credits! </font>
What you want to do is remove "<font>" and " </font>" from the subs as it's just leftover garbage which isn't required.
Yes this is including any extra space been the text too. (Which you cannot see unless you quote my post and you would see that ! and </font> have a few spaces in between.)There was missing text involving colour and the hex for the colour.
Now there are 2 forms of issues.
1) Text continuing to pile up ontop of one another. Example
2) The text is preformed with \N so every new line will just grow and grow (More annoying). Which I don't have the example for because I lost my file example :V
What do you do?
Well, you get yourself aegisub and manually fix all this.
I'm not joking.
When you do this make sure you have the video loaded into aegisub as the process will be much quicker as you are able to view frames.
Wait, how do I manually fix this?
Load up lsnes
Load up the ROM
Load up the TAS file (with the subs in it)
Goto Movie > Edit Subtitles
And start copying those numbers into aegisub.
That's that.
Now if you're an encoder/publisher and you have the logo.
Goto line 1 (I like being safe on this)
Goto Timing > Shift Times (Ctrl+I)
Time: 0:00:02.00
Forward.
Ok
Now the subs have been moved to include your logo.
Anyways.
Here are the subs for this TAS.
Time is not modified for the encoder/publisher's logo.
And judging the game itself and seeing the bottom being covered up by the text an .ass might be required to not cover that. (By being repositioned above it)
Oh and if something is a playful word which cannot fit in the screen, play with it.
Here's what it would look normally:
Alternately aka the more sane/boring method. Even though this is a good thing to point out on lsmv to bk2 with subbing needs to be double checked.
vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv

Because it's .bk2 and I didn't want to open up TAStudio for some reason and decided to do text editing instead.
I give you a light fix: User movie #21438870879002866
179 frames saved.
<Spikestuff> and now I think it's unoptimal
<Spikestuff> DAMN YOU AQFAQ!
So yea, now I want to see a complete revision on the final rally for this TAS.

Eh... Okay.
Only watched the first few races so I cannot give input on my vote.
Isn't it better to be within the curve when turning and not the outside?

Doom was the first game ever to be TASed, am I right?
Eventually we had enough of Doom and stopped playing it. A few months later, on December 1998, Andy Kempling a.k.a Aurican released a modified version of the Doom source that made it possible to record demos in slowmotion and in several sessions (by having the ability to play back a demo and at any point during playback, "take over" and continue the recording from that point). We thought it would be interesting to try it to make some demos using it, to see how much better and faster we could do them, compared to our previous demos, that were recorded normally.
