Also attempted to get this to sync. Couldn't sync on 5 different versions. (I checked PAL for the sake of checking PAL) Got nothing. Only thing I see is that it's mentioning 1.6.0 without adding the letter "a" so ...

This is possibly my fault, I assume there is more levels but the input is not helpful due to it prematurely ending early for some reason.... Also be specific which Bizhawk you're using.

I'm just going to assume now Nitro is going to somehow destroy this... Creating a Temp for the sake of a temp. Edit: Can you tell me how many frames it is, because I'm getting 707 and that doesn't complete the stage instead does this: Which means they both died and the TAS is incomplete (to those going what)

Commenting on what's happening currently. Recommend watching the Stream Highlight. If your internet is bad or twitch issue or something then just read on... kinda breaks it down a bit. Nitro is at Charmed Ridge and he has encountered an issue which is the level's bottles don't pop. When Nitro enters another area of the level (not entering sub sections) (remember bottles popped) the effect of the gems exploding out is not being played until he physically stares at the position then they explode but only then. When Nitro takes his time as if it is a timing thing with the gems the same issues occurs. The most obvious one where it fails too is entering Sgt. Byrd's section and exiting it they return to the bottled state. Stream Highlight Anyways, possibly my only suggestion is do it without that speed proxy you got besides a re-route.

Actually no. It's 100% Optimized you cannot hit the Start button at any other place to what I have. It follows off of pirohiko's TAS for the optimal input. I made sure there was no other frame to hit the following buttons. The game input is every 2 frames.

To get the fade-in effect, you should create a solid white layer underneath the map, then simply adjust the map layer's opacity from 0% -> 100% in time with the video.
I did that ... but the way the fade in works with bomberman is different. It isn't just fading in. It is also something going on like contrast or something...

This jsut goes to show that when earth is threatened by alien supermen and our only chance for survival is to make the best damn TAS of all time, all the TASers of the world can really come together, put our differing opinions on the merits of speed/entertainemnt tradeoffs, ingame timers and arbitrary code execution aside and create something genuinely amazing. Becasue that is what we were doing right?
Yea Pretty much. Don't forget while we were doing this 4/5ths of us were drunk.

How long ago did we start working on this by the way? I forget.
When a stable version of 4.0.2 came out, then we started TASsing it. I put the emu: Dolphin 4.0-1302 (Week old now) as the one because it syncs very well with it.
