1:36 falling animation lose about 3 frames
1:42 you hit that side of the wall which lost you time as it was an extra phase

Mini quick saver with that guy who yells DEMON LAMA you can actually clip that first one you hit then you can actually get the second one faster.

1:58 of the run (Youtube video) you ran to get the third pot and place it on the pressure pad to speed it up you can actually bypass placing three pots on pad and have 2 down take the third one to the pyramid and jump up and get it.
Edit: also not saving is faster in this game. also this looks like a joke work in progress atm
Edit #2: Quickly pointing out this is the PAL version *Hng* (Original copy too NTSC has pirate copies and when I mean original I mean from the CD itself) which has afew differences to the NTSC if I remember correctly 3 and it's a tad faster than NTSC. I did this half-assed proving some things that can be faster in this run compared to yours VGR
