I might mention before I entered level 4 my controller was having issues for some reason I think I lost 2 seconds there but majority of the run was full on luck XD

Well, yes, maybe I'm being harsh. For now, why you take damage in the plant at 1:15 of the encode?. It appears you can get to that place with just a jump instead of getting hurt.
I attempted jumping over it about 100times holding A tapping it but you always will get hit by the stupid invisible ceiling

yea I see what you mean I just did it like that but what is higher is the gameplay cause you can gain and loose more frames there.

You should really know the game before you run it. It's highly likely this can be improved by a decent amount of time simply based on lack of knowledge about the game.
What I actually did was go through the level blind first then redo it having a better look at it this was actually during the recording times
