ViGadeomes what Kasha asked was if they should've just gone with a submission replacement instead of a new submission. Honestly that's up to you Kasha it just means you have to wait longer cause you cancelled and created a new submission. (Then again, no Judge is Judging anything atm) Considering what happened between this new submission and the older one I say you did the right choice on creating a new submission judging from the changes. I'm going to vote Meh for the Entertainment.

As stated by natt, these are following very random set of tests. When accounting for the full list like Mesen. BizHawk is within the 90% range with those tests (last updated 18th June 2017). (Also puNES is around 80% since you did show it off in your little video there.) Also 2 things. What version of Hawk? Did you check QuickNES core? (Or are you accidentally using QuickNES.)

So... You're using an outdated version of Hawk unlike what the current publication did. The way you used player 2 is exactly the same as what the current publication did (in which player 2 just completed it in the lowest amount of input frames). So between you and the current publication is that you bring nothing new besides the exact same TAS time or IGT time. The difference is the current publication actually documented a lot of stuff about the game in the submission whereas you didn't. Abstained vote on a TAS that brings nothing new to the table. (Also by the seems of things, it looks liked you spliced input to an outdated version of Hawk. Good Job.)

Tries to figure out his life choices. Really good work and improvements within Migu. To a year of suffering by doing nothing but DS Publications to me! Here's the Yes Vote. Here's my claiming for Publication. Here's my grave. On the bright side it's half the length of the original TAS.

I actually find this less entertaining than max coins, as max coins felt like a definitive goal of getting the highest coin count possible. Which is why it kept me entertained. I'm going to give this one a Meh as there's nothing of interest to me... Maybe if you merged both "max coins" and "all items" to create "maximum score" then I'd probably be interested in a category like this again. Nevermind, I forgot 99% of it is just grinding a Koopa. I'll shotgun for publication on the chance it does get accepted. Just don't feel this one. Sorry.

There was a post about that one that stated that the stick should've been longer because it's too close to the user. The response is they are currently unable to do longer as it becomes much more unstable. (To which someone responded with a chicken will help.) There's probably actual support structures to do what they want, but the plan of just a single stick won't go far.

Google EZGames, you've been told to use it multiple times for stupid questions. This is intentional by the game. The game kicks you out of the car twice because you're thinking about the others in the building and then second guessing herself followed by basically smashing through the barn doors.

Yeah. I'm going to ignore what you wrote about me not responding to this, cause you have facts that are wrong about me. So I'm going to defend myself and point out things on how I can write it in other ways. After all you're going to end up reading this anyways. Then get every point I wrote here wrong.
zoboner wrote:
"LAZY" I would to know your definition of this word and know
No, no, no. I wrote "lazy excuse" not "lazy" on its own. The other choices I could've written were "bullshit excuse" or "an inexcusable excuse". But I didn't. Reread that entire sentence to understand the echoing point I made of others.
zoboner wrote:

Again, not talking about your work. I'm talking about your "lazy excuse". Cool, you made a TAS on a game, can you justify an actual excuse for using PAL? According to this entire rant. No. You need both words in there, otherwise you're reading it incorrectly like you did through this entire rant.
zoboner wrote:

Now this one is about gifs. I'm echoing the points fsvgm777 & Warepire wrote about how you dealt with it, and I told you, you should look into compressing your gifs better. Ontop of that I told you not to use gifs on basic movement of a game.
zoboner wrote:

You don't respect people's internet or people's ability to take 5 years to load up 82 gifs. So... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yes. I'm a user who helps, spikes and criticizes depending on the user and that's dependent on how long they've been apart of TASVideos and how long they've been TASing for.

Looks at the "90%" of my posts on the forums of the past year >Majority is resonding to Evan0512 Yeah, no. My reasoning's justified. If you want a more accurate number, that I'll deliberately spike against myself I'd say about 35%.

Got that down? I don't care how many gifs you provide, as long as they're within reason, cause again. All the gifs you provide is just movement which is easier to explain. We don't need a gifs on how to move/jump.
zoboner wrote:

Oh you're going to attempt to use my favourite point against me? Yes, I'm not a Judge. I'm a Staff member and I'm a TASer with time put in as well. I didn't do any "judgement" other than requesting for justification on using the PAL version of the game which you responded by a rant. If I was judge, I would write how Evan0512 writes.
Evan0512 wrote:
I will judge and reject the movie.
Is that what you wanted? Cause that's incorrect judgement. Fun Fact: Judging has been thrown around my head, and I've stated that if I ever judge anything it'd be something I'd reject. That's kinda more of the reason why I don't want to judge.
zoboner wrote:

Not my fault that I'm echoing points that you didn't give a proper response to other than: "There's nothing bad about uploading ~107.9MB of embedded gifs without compressing that is just about movement." "The reason why I chose PAL is cause it has better music and has no movement gain over NTSC-U/J infact it's actually slower and I'm giving off a bullshit excuse." There, this time I used "bullshit" instead of "lazy". Are you glad I did even when it went the same way in terms of meanings?

FINALLY YOU DONE DID THE WONDERSWAN VERSION. MY ENJOYMENT OF PUBLISHING NOTHING BUT CLOCKS RETURNS. I'll assume you're providing the temp encode like you've done in the past. (Edit: So you will be. That's fine still. People can wait a day for you CLOCKS) Blames ruadath for not providing after stating he would. Link to video Anyways, there's WonderClock. Edit 2: Forgot to write this. So... sorry. In the WonderSwan version you can run past Scissorman at his introduction. There's a file somewhere on the site that has this. Issue is I don't know where it is as I wasn't the uploader. ...And I can't find it... Welp... Because it's most likely somewhere on microstorage instead of onsite.

You already linked them. Don't keep persisting for people to download them. There's no point in downloading a 12 & 10 rerecord count movies that have already been criticised by other users in different ways already from the videos alone. Reread what MESHUGGAH wrote and better yourself in your abilities to TAS.

First, I don't knew that was forbidden to do an submission text with so many .gif to explain.
This was never an issue until now as you have officially created the largest submission just from gifs. Learn to both crop & compress your gifs. Cause you have 83 gifs and all/most are above 1mb. Using the first gif you've provided as an example. 1.26MB -> Cropped 290x203 -> 1.21MB -> Optimized (35) -> 713.78kb 1.26MB -> Cropped 290x203 -> 1.21MB -> Optimized (70) -> 601.07kb Image is still relatively fine at 70 since this is a 2D game so I'll go 90 and 100 this time. 1.26MB -> Cropped 290x203 -> 1.21MB -> Optimized (90) -> 558.2kb 1.26MB -> Cropped 290x203 -> 1.21MB -> Optimized (100) -> 543.94kb Without trying much I was able to get well below half the size of what you provided with only a tiny sacrifice in the quality of the gifs. And for hypothetical reasonings let's just say everything is 1.3MB so we get 107.9MB and we get them all down to 550kb. Wow look at that a hypothetical 45.65mb... Jesus this would still be the largest submission just from the amount of gifs... I'd probably look into a bit more cropping like the hud out and a justifiable amount from the bottom just to slim it down. Extra Note: WE DON'T NEED *83 GIFS ON MOVEMENT AND ATTACKING HOLY HELL. Cause that's what all 83 gifs are unneeded/unwanted garbage that fills up the void. *It's technically 82 as you have 2 items as gifs and one png that should be a gif.
zoboner wrote:
Sometimes, I have even submit more than it in my old submissions.
No you don't. This is the one that has the most gifs. Second place went to your Castlevania 64 TAS which I later converted all the gifs to not be 2MB and instead got it under 1MB. --- Now let's change gears. Version preference.
zoboner wrote:
Second, I can understand that you dislike this PAL version for this reason , but it's just an artistic choice to entertain with music.
That's a poor justification for using PAL. I'll give you an example of a good justification. The Crash Bandicoot 2 TAS that went by used the PAL version as Crash is actually able to move faster due to the lower framerate (and what Naughty Dog did to the code) giving him an advantage over NTSC. Crash 2 is the only Crash game where the justification of using PAL is given due to the movement advantage. The previous title and the third game in the title use NTSC as PAL's advantage in speed is nullified to what NTSC has (and the fact that NTSC-J actually shortens a level for the first game.) Give a proper justification over using the PAL version instead of saying "music is better", cause that's not a reason, that's just a lazy excuse for using the what could be the wrong version used.

Though TASVideos usually requires the author to play on the hardest difficulty, I wanted to showcase just how ludicrously short this game can be. The final boss (the Minotaur) first appears in the 2nd chamber on "Easiest". On "Hard", the Minotaur would first appear in the 12th, and you have to survive one hell of a gauntlet just to get there. A "Hard" TAS would be a much more difficult, longer, and ambitious project which I simply don't have the time for.
Would rather watch hardest if I'm honest. Especially when there's more content. Voting Meh on Entertainment.

For manipulation sake, you want to keep the rabbits on a single side and preferably you want them to come out of the 3 closest holes (which is possible, just time consuming). I think this is a game that is good enough to have a TAS hit the kill screen and it'll land in the vault, that's from my point of view. Best of luck if you're taking this project.

Cause the encode cuts "short". (And videos I've checked brings up nothing... and I don't want to turbo this.) Does this pull up credits? I know "Best/Bad Ending" does (one is hours, the other is minutes).

Useless topic is useless. If your file is in the fm3 format (TAS Editor) File > Export to FM2 (You know the thing you should do before submitting, instead of submitting an evil fm3 file, which is possible.) Now within BizHawk. Run NES Game. Drag & Drop the FM2 into Hawk. Congrats, your movie is converted. --- If those simple 3 steps didn't work here's the other way: Run NES Game. File > Movie > Import Movies... Find the FM2 file you wished to convert.
