I explained it in the submission, it's in easy mode because the only thing that changes with the difficulty level is the damage you make and the damage you take, without modifications to the AI, so I chose to run easy ^^.

Alright yeah I thought it was necessary but I guess it wasn't XD. My bad on that, but sure I can make a correction, just don't know how it works with the submission, can I resubmit the new movie on the same submission after? Thanks for looking at it !

Hey guys, so I wanted to do a small TAS of a game I like called The Curse of Sherwood on C64, but the only version I can find that is certified as a good rom by GoodGB64 is a .T64 format which Bizhawk cannot run. I wanted to know if conversion of the game to .tap format using WAV-PRG is allowed and, if so, with which settings. If I just can't run it on C64 I guess I can still try the ZXS version so it's not that bad, but it seems like a fair question to ask.

De-Compiling and Re-Compiling the game with DirectInput instead of XInput may be considered too heavily modifying the game/engine for the site's liking, although this would be (in theory) the much easier option. (This is how people got the game running on Linux before the official linux port of the game) .
Hey guys, just jumping in while I don't play Undertale at all. If you want to know if you can do that, I suggest asking on the tasvideos discord, you'll have a quick answer. The answer will probably be negative but you never know. Also good luck fiddling with hourglass, but Resurrection isn't even producing input files considered acceptable by tasvideos so I'd say don't use it for now to not get disappointed. Good luck guys!

Searching around for a while I found this code: https://github.com/TheLastRar/CLR-USB . Now I'm wondering how it's suppposed to be a plugin since there is no file that corresponds, but is it something interesting? I sincerely don't know since I can't read code so yeah. Have a good day y'all, going to tast GH3 Wii in my spare time.

That's ok man, if you can't do it, I totally understand. I will go back to this TAS in a few years when we advance this emulation further XD or when we can either tas on dreamcast or on iOS. Thanks for trying doc, and good luck for the rest.

Quick update on the very beginnings of this TAS: I am now using PCSX2-rr v1.4, made by Doc Skellington and am in contact with him to get rerecords to work with keyboard inputs. On another note, the rng of this game doesn't seem to be based on either a global timer nor on the frame count, as I could relaunch a save state other and other again at exactly the same frame and get different words to pop up. A section of the memory is only for text, and they tend to use a range of 50 redundant addresses for words popping up on screen, but since they appear in one frame, i haven't found a way YET to make it so we can, for example, type before the words appear. I'll keep you updated on the matter, and if Doc Skellington can help me, I will have in 2 weeks to a month a raw version of the first levels to show up. Have a good day,

Hello! I've made a new version of pocokhc's PCSX2-1.4.0-rr. You can find it here. Differences from v3.0:
    Lua scripts can now modify controllers' inputs; Lua engine does not automatically close when the end of the script is reached (thereby allowing data to be drawn each frame); A Virtual Pad (handles 2 controllers but not the multitap); Save/Load state to/from a file (does not generate a backup!);
Unlike gocha, I did not implement the possibilty to open multiple Lua scripts. Also, you must be warned that I'm not good at designing interfaces. Therefore, the Virtual Pad is (more than probably) not really ergonomic. I hope this can help you. And, please, don't hesitate to give some feedback ;)
Hey, that's some nice work. I've been trying to tinker with the 1.3 version of the pcsx2-rr with a limited knowledge of kapanese and even more limited knowledge of C++, to try and get the keyboard input of the CLR USB plugin to create a TAS of Typing of the Dead: Zombie Panic. If you think it's doeable, would you be willing to help? I don't have much time these days to learn how to code, and I would prefer to leave this to people that actually know how to code XD

Hey guys, I'm totally new to the TAS making community (I've been watching TAS for years now) and one game I really wanted to try and TAS is Typing of the Dead. Sadly the only version where tools exist for TAS is the PS2 version, that is the last version of the original game. The Arcade version isn't supported by MAME or FBA, there isn't any Dreamcast emulator with TAS tools and the PC version is, well, on PC. The basic idea of a TOTD TAS whould just be mashing the keyboard through every bubble, so no really interesting thing on term of technique, as it is an autoscroller, but I want to do it nontheless. I just wanted to know how possible you think it would be, is PCSX2 the emulator I should use for TAS or not at all, and other newbie questions I should probably ask in the Newbie counter now that I think about it. If anyone finds the project interesting, well just answer the thread, because I don't know if I'm using the right tools or not. Have a great day guys,
