These WIPs are insane. I can't believe you're actually saving time WITHOUT lookdown. Seriously, great job. I think on levels like Surface, if it's super laggy no matter what, then you should use lookdown there. Like, only do it if it makes a significant difference.

It's not excluded. Almost every video I've uploaded (they're all categorised under "gaming") has received the same offer. I always hit "maybe later".

This has absolutely nothing to do with skin color. If a group of the whitest nordic people you could imagine would want to establish Sharia in Europe, I would oppose it exactly as vehemently as if the darkest African people you could imagine would do so. Who advocates this barbaric law doesn't matter. It has no place in a free society. Yeah, I agree with this too. It's easy for the multiculturalism sympathisers to call people "racist" for slandering Islamic culture because most Muslims happen to have dark skin. The reality is that it's got nothing to do with skin colour, it's just the primitive, barbaric ideology that they happen to adhere to. And of course, not all of them are bad, I mean I don't care if you're a Muslim and practice it privately, it only becomes a problem when people start trying to change laws about it and stuff.

Similarly, Muslims in Europe don't see to have any will or intention to assimilate, so I can only see the division, hatred and crime rise. This is definitely true. I don't understand why they want to live in our countries if they'd rather they turned into the same kind of hellhole they came from. It makes no sense to me. If you move to Europe, you're accepting that it's a better place to live than where you came from, so why are you trying to change our way of life? I pretty much agree with what Johannes said about multiculturalism being impossible.

Wasn't the J/U ROM thing compared some months ago? I'm pretty sure the conclusion was that U was faster anyway, due to Bowser having less text boxes in the battles or something.

Excellent run, obviously I voted yes. At least this time, there won't be any people needlessly complaining about camera angles.

Obvious yes vote. Optimal and perfect, like any Tompa TAS. Loved it.

Agreed with MUGG. This kid made a Link's Awakening "TAS" about two years ago that was clearly just videos edited together, because it did an impossible thing where he just got to the boss and then suddenly the stairs appeared (not to mention the character's name inexplicably changing from "A" to "THIEF"). Tompa and I called him out on it, and he assured us it was genuine, but was unable to provide any sort of input file. He then blocked us from posting any comments on his videos, and later took the run down. So in short, he is a cheater and that's all there is to it. It probably isn't gonna change.

That's too bad. Don't let this horrible decision discourage you guys from doing an all-star run, though. Just don't submit it here. Everyone on YouTube will still love it. :D

I voted yes. Great work. This is a really well-made hack. I played it when it was still being made and only 40 (I think) stars were in it. I'm not sure why anyone wouldn't want this on the site. You guys should totally do an all stars run of the game.

It doesn't matter anyway because as I've already said in this very topic, I gave him permission to use my input. It's not like he just took it. The OoT/MM TASers share their input all the time.

I gave the project to him and allowed him to use my input for that section. So, nah, I don't need to be credited as an author.

Excellent work, Grunz. I'm proud to have given this run to you. So amazingly optimal, just as expected.

Excellent run, really thought the level loop glitch was neat as well as the various ways you got over some things (like the tree in the Graveyard and walking on the hill in Pumpkin Gorge), obvious yes vote.

Also, does anyone have any idea why the yoshi on the PAL game cart is sometimes pink and sometimes green? I'm thinking Australian carts have a green one, UK carts have a pink one. Yep, this is true. In fact, Australia was the only place that got a green yoshi on their carts. No idea why that was.

Please stop trolling, for once. If it's not through moderator abuse, it's through posts like that. I have no interest in TASing that game anymore, because it's boring. If I wanted to, I could "learn" pause BLJing or whatever the rest is. Let's not forget who discovered 0 star in the first place.

Freeruns are overdone and boring 99% of the time. Face it, it was better before all this "forwards hyperspeed" and "pause BLJ" nonsense. The only way anyone could disagree with this would be if they weren't around for it.

Wow, this game just sucks for TASing now with crap like this. Back in my day, it was more like really high quality console playing. Those days were better.

If if crashes on the N64, can it really be used in TASing? Sounds like an emulation error to me. I agree with this. It should be banned from speedrunning/TASing. People like to cheat and use the GC version for speedruns because it lets you hover with bombchus out of bounds, which causes a crash on the correct version.
