I'm now fighting against spellmaker, who takes time because of non-remote battle. And also the next castle is the final difficulty of this run. Well, I think this run will be much more entertaining and save a lot of time than testrun. And so, it's too bad this game on Mupen has heavy lag in some levels... I hope I'll submit it early next month.
This is good news. I wish you good luck in completing the work. I will look forward to the results. ありがとう!

So I've started a new 100%run, by myself so far. We're not sure if Nahoc or someone else would join the project. Anyway, now we'll need so much time to accomplish the work. I'll release only this short WIP until submission. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbN3kcjqHeU
This is the single greatest piece of TASing I have seen from bomberman 64 :D congratulations & GL with the rest of the run!

Lag counter test. Little test I did with scripts. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J4CyfFBX8vo
Would you mind explaining, how you implemented this to mupen? This seems like a really useful script. I've never worked with such scripts, so sorry if it is actually pretty obvious how to get access to this.
I second this. Please explain.

Do you even get to the credits by finishing the first 5 "worlds"? :P In my opinion it shouldn't count as beating the game nor any% if you don't beat the final boss. I may be too strict on these issues though, people disagreed when I had a simular opinion on Ocarina of Time
Yes, you do get to the credits.
thx for the info. Looks great so far Nahoc. Good luck with the run!

If there are no negative sideeffects to using v1.0/1.1 of OoT as opposed to 1.2 then I don't see a problem in switching?
They were talking about real-time speedrunners. They have to use the 1.2 version since it's the only one available on the Virtual Console. A 100% TAS would use the JPN 1.0 version, like the other TASes.
Ya that's what I meant. For a TAS this should be a non-issue

What makes you think/say that?
What gives you epona is leaving lon lon ranch by jumping the fences. If you do some bomb hovering and exit without using a horse, you still will epona.
Your second sentence is true. You do get Epona with the bombhoveringtrick. I don't see how that makes your first sentence true though.
Because it doesn't matter how you leave. If you leave over the fence, via any means, you get epona. Whether it's jumping over with epona, bomb hover, l to levitate, or jumping over with another horse.
Ok. That makes sense. btw: this is the most action we have had in this thread since spiderwaffle : D

Why? Isn't it the same route as normal OoT, only with longer boss fights?

lol. Spider-Waffle reviving this topic singlehandedly. Could this have been his masterplan all along?
