We have dropped the requirement that romhacks must be complete or abandoned, so that is not a consideration in this case.

I haven’t checked for a few years now, but this hack is still ongoing (don’t quote me on it tho). That also isn’t allowed, something that was mentioned in the previous three submissions from 2018 https://tasvideos.org/5981S https://tasvideos.org/6024S https://tasvideos.org/6140S. As such, I say no for it being unapproved, but will reconsider if evidence proves the contrary.

It's the same run, but changed the user file. It's still insanely unoptimized. It's still a no for sub optimality and questionable choices during the TAS.

574 for 556, Bomb jump without the propeller suit, going OVER THE WALL in the final Bowser fight. Need I go on? Easy yes for being one of the most optimized and entertaining TASes so far this year.

More optimization from the 2021 TAS, more impressive RNG, and all only 16 minutes off of the current publication! That's an easy yes from me.
