Do you have panic handlers disabled? It should have given you a warning when you tried to do that.

You mean you upgraded Dolphin version partway through and didn't regenerate saves?
Or that you did, but accidentally used a save from old version?
(Both of these should get fairly quickly caught in sync checking).
Any modern emulator should prevent loading savestate in a way that would leave the movie in inconsistent state. Of course, there might be bugs in this code...
Yeah, I downloaded anohter rev of Dolphin to TAS it better, but some revs just can't TAS SADX, it desyncs like in each 5 sec.

Did you figure out what the heck happened?
- You didn't check sync (very few emulators are even close to perfectly sync-stable), leading to movie desyncing without you noticing?
- The emulator settings changed midway through, leading to inconsistent movie?
- Something else?
I think that the problem was that I used a inconsistent Dolphin rev or I used a bad savestate when I got the Acient Light. Or both of them.
I'll start using a better rev and be careful of using the savestates correctly ;P

I'm rendering the synced part, from the start to Acient Light, then from Chaos 6 to the end. I have Red Mountain rendered, which I uploaded to Youtube before. I uploaded act 1 of Sky Deck unlisted on Youtube, so I can add it too. But Sky Chase 2 and the Adventure Field of those parts are lost :/

Yeah, there are only Lost World, Final Egg and Egg Viper (last boss). I'm almost completing Lost World and it's like 5 seconds faster than the old TAS WR :P
I've TASed Final Egg before and got 45.48 ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qd587b-IzkQ ), so it'll be easy to TAS it again (I'll improve it for sure). And Egg Viper shouldn't be hard :P
Edit: 52.83 in Lost World, but without the gravity glitch strat. If I've done it, I'd get like 45-46 seconds, but it'd be much slower in real time (amount of frames).

Oh, and while you're at it (STBM), I see that you seem to slide against walls just after jumping over the NPC in the beginning... It's very brief and I'm not certain that you touch the wall, but if it is the case, that's another thing to check. I mean, to see if you can gain time by avoiding sliding against walls.
It doesn't really seem that sliding like that loses time. But yeah, it's better testing it to be sure about it.

Have you tested making a stomp in the frame you reach the end? It might do an instant stop without losing in-game time and saving many frames of the video.

It's a quite entertaining TAS, but it could be much more optimized, seeing some parts of the video. I didn't watch the whole TAS, so I'm not voting.
I hope you try to optimize things and get a great TAS there :P
