Wow, that was quite impressive! And the added commentary just made things that much more entertaining. Yes vote, add to Stars!

Amazing thing. The story is full of "WAT" and the contents are just anything and everything thrown into a blender. Those hockey ducks are from Ducktales or something, I swear! Also, ace cut on the ending. Yes vote!

Japan is weeeird. I mean seriously, you can't play all the stages in a single run? Yes vote!

That was... actually pretty good! Love how you snapped the game in two with all those collision glitches. Mmmm... out of bounds. I wonder what a run that clears all the other stages would look like? Maybe a "100%" run that gets all the other "Arms" and weapons? (btw, Leg Arm cracks me up) Yes vote! For reals!

Apparently, because GitHub is a thing, Google is pulling the plug on Google Code entirely. This is rather important as Bizhawk's SVN repo is currently on Google Code. No new projects can be made anymore, repos and projects will be frozen on August 24th, and the entire thing will be deleted on January 26th, 2016. So where will Bizhawk be moving to? I know there's a SourceForge project for releases (and there's an importing tool here), GitHub is a popular place (and there's an importing tool here but it's currently being hammered), and I keep forgetting that BitBucket exists. Also, Google provided some general stand-alone tools for migration here.

So... a human version of Sonic the Hedgehog with psychic powers and a lightning gun runs through green hills, underground caverns, and Castlevania to kill some evil jerk, so he could return to Angel Island and save human Amy Rose. That's what happens in the game, right? Good glitching, I like that out of bounds trick in level 2. Yes vote!

Good job, very well played. I'm definitely going to vote yes on this one. If improving the same TAS twice in two months doesn't get Notable Improvement, I'll eat my hat.
Quoting for posterity. Protip: the only safe hat to consume is a fruit hat; the Nacho Hat only exists in The Simpsons.

But can't you provide sub-frame input in DOS games? I've seen another TAS on this site that does it.
I don't think JPC-RR supports sub-frames. If it did, then that could be one way to get around the limitations. I'm impressed at how mind-numbingly fast this is. You blink and you miss it.

The ROM "Kid Icarus (UE).nes" desynced for me after the start of 1-3. I switched to "Kid Icarus (UE) [!].nes" which, despite FCEUX 2.2.2 bickering about a checksum mismatch, synced properly. Very well done! Yes vote from me.

Damned impressive! I like the trick of pulling items into the boomerang as they spawn. Especially when they get a broken palette or turn into garbage data. Yes vote!

I'd actually like to suggest that TASVideos get a dedicated localizer for the Japanese language. That way, Japanese TASers can use their native language to write the author notes, and they can then get translated into English for the rest of us, thus preventing hostility and confusing machine translations. Just a person fluent in both languages with editor rights. As for this run, it was quite entertaining! The game itself looks really interesting (a Metroidvania that never made it out of Japan???) and then something happens (memory corruption? I wish I knew what was going on at this point) which results in this game just... welll... RIP. Yes vote!

Oh, I'd also like to point out: the ROM filename listed isn't correct. There isn't a "Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (W) [!].bin" in the GoodGen set. Instead, you have:
Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (W) (REV00) [!].gen
Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (W) (REV01) [!].gen
This movie does not sync with REV00, you need to use REV01. I suggest editing the submission to show the correct ROM filename.
