What I'd really like to see is MS3 on AES. I've never been able to get past stage 3 without killing all of my credits (since all AES games only get 4 credits). I've always wanted to unlock the picture gallery... Oh, and I'm downloading the encode so I'll vote after I watch this.

So...has the pause emulation bug been fixed yet or is there still a delay?

I don't know if people would be adverse to this, but I suggest using the cheats to make banjo and kazooie move more quickly and make the enemies move more quickly (to balance it out). The characters walk too slowly in this game.

When will they fix the DS emulator so that there is a space between the 2 screens? I don't even want to imagine seeing Yoshi's Island 2 without it.
There's an option to do that already. View -> Screen Separation
Does this work for encoding? I've never used a DS emulator, but EVERY video I have seen of one has no split between the screens.

Concerning the preview pic used: Why was this allowed but Bisqwit wouldn't allow the pic "Is it not a simple tas" to be used for Majora's Mask?

^ I believe the RNG was also complicated in Bubble Bobble and Rainbow Islands as well.

Yes Vote. I love this game and the video was pretty amazing. Only thing I noticed...it seemed to lag at some parts on your input (like you'd shoot a ball...and then wait a second to shoot the next one when you were going to fire it in a different direction anways). Was this due to the game or you?

I still don't think this run was much different than the real speedrun (non-TAS), but I do know of a few runs were a few MINOR improvements were found after making the submission and they were rejected on the basis of the run not being done as "quickly" as possible. I don't see how this is any different. Unless someone is working on an improved run right now...

I voted meh. I can't really see how this is much different than a normal speed run (even viewing the comparisons, not much time was saved).

The pictures of the ice key and the eggs were messed up in the ending :\ So, I haven't played Kazooie for a while so this may only apply to Tooie, but I thought there was a way to swim a lot faster than you were going in this run.

Anyone else have input troubles? I put my PS2 controller into my PC via a USB adapter, and it seems that no input at all is accepted by the emulator? I cannot get past the damned intro of Point Blank. It also crashes if I change Player 1's input from controller to Keyboard. (Player 2 is still set to keyboard) Even though I've changed the first controller input to Segu Direct Pad Pro Driver 0.4 and configured it... And upon changing it to mouse input ultimately lets it work but the movie file doesn't record anything.
I actually am having the exact same problem right now. I was able to get it to work with the keyboard once I deleted the whole program and re-booted everything, but upon trying to use my PS2 gamepad the keys locked up and would do anything anymore (no matter how many times I closed the program or switched back to keyboard because it didn't work either way). This happens with both the Segu and Nrage plugins.

Well, I hope that is one of the first things that gets fixed when the emulator gets updated (won't effect this movie, but future improvements it will). Can't wait to watch it, I know it will get accepted.

Well, I can't get this to run at the moment, but I only have one question: Has the pause emulation glitch been fixed yet? The one where it goes balck for a few seconds and lags.

Well, I came into the submission expecting a "6-8" frame improvement, but what I got instead was a pleasant surprise. Very nice, Definite Yes.

I voted Yes as it is a very good movie to show off the various glitches used in SMB. I also thought the game made much more sense then air did.

This game is based off of PuyoPuyo, not Tetris.

Actually, It is still in queue because I have been busy. If I do not plan on finishing, I will post the .fmv here (Forums). I have to perform that very hard glitch still (Getting to Castlevania with Tornado) after I finish buying laurels.

X is basically a hard version of 2 (and alot more fun because there are more enemies to kill)

There is work being done on using a config file, so hopefully in the next release it will be available.
Thank you, that's good news. I'll just have to wait until then.

I haven't been here for a while, so I just found out that snes9x can now support rerecording. My major problem with it, though, is that all of the keys are implemented into the program and not into a seperate file (.ini). With it in its current state, I am unable to use it (Shift+F1 is to hard for me to do in the middle of a run and is not really a quick save ). I was wondering if this was ever going to be changhed so that we may be able to change some of the keys (mainly the rerecording keys) in the program. (I still have those .fmvs in my Famtasia folder. Castlevania II is more than half done and Kaiketsu Yanchamaru is half done)

4.Except for the boss fights, It really would look like a video walkthrough.
I'm thinking that having a subsite for walkthrough type of movies wouldn't be bad after all. Such section would make a place for artistical game movies from RPGs and other games where the player could actually go and talk to irrelevant people and show funny occurances. Such movies could be even a few hours long, as long as they are created in the "undo all obvious boring mistakes" spirit. Well, just an idea...
This is actually a pretty good idea. As for Startropics, though, famtasia can't play it or Startropics 2.
