You can watch all my parts on Youtube as of now. Once I'm done with the run, it will all be uploaded as a one part movie.

Warepipe: Indeed I did. If you throw a pot, you can pick up the next pot at the same frame that you start a roll. Saved some time not having to pick up the second pot. Another reason was to kill the enemy and make it drop a heart. Thevlackdemonn: Hehe, nice sprite glitching there :). I haven't cared to try anything with the European glitches yet, might find something that makes the EU version worthy.

I'm quite positive that he knows that it is faster to grab it in midair, but he ended his run there so he didn't care to fix it I believe. Or else it was just a dumb mistake...

There are three parts of the run. The other two can be found in the movie description. Part 2: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm14653531 Part 3: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm14653549

I'm 100% stupid and should be shot. *redoing the run when I care* When I first tried the rolling I noticed that it was slower than just running. But if you roll a second time, it will be just as fast as running, which I never cared to test... I noticed that it was faster in the ice level to roll at the beginning and then I noticed it was faster to do when rolling down cliffs, but that was only because I rolled at the start of the level. Also, Diddy is just as fast.

Seems like I was only thinking about writing here, but never did... The reason that there are no Super Star Wars TASes is because of desync issues with SNES9X. I have mainly giving my test-focus on Return of the Jedi, but I know that the other two have had problems as well. So if someone wish to add "Emulation issues" or something instead of "-- nothing really relevant -", that would be nice.

So I decided to work some more with this run, even though The Minish Cap is my main focus Here's a WIP that finishes the first four levels, 100%. VBM Youtube

Good stuff! Edit 2: Actually... He wasn't using TAS-timing apparently, which is stupid. The time is actually around 12:17.

Maxim "in bounds" TAS WIP on Nico, about 14 seconds faster so far compared to published TAS Member: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm14759085 Free: http://www.nicozon.net/watch/sm14759085 Looks awesome so far.

Would have been more interesting if you took the water path in any other levels, by jumping constantly to survive. Game sucks in general and a TAS isn't that interesting really.

I presume that you are using SNES9X 1.5x? That version is made to more acurate emulate the real console, which means some parts will be slower compared to 1.43. If that's not the text, then I have no idea.

Should have been designed to not be able to use the keyboard... I got 399, easily improveable. First test with only the mouse was 101 :/.

Very nice! I got it to 189 frames ahead so far. Checking first black screen after Toad's second message. I was a bit disappointed that you didn't glitch with the block in the ship stage, but oh well. Good luck with the next world. You'll do great !!
