Nice improvement Erokky! :D Are we going to see the full game run too from you? ;) My Parallel Worlds run will probably take a loooong time to finish (If I do it at all). Whatever, yes vote.

Those pots or maybe those in the beginning... Not sure. Another way would be if you could manipulate seeds from the snow before you go the subrosian world, but then you need to remake that part (If not a hex edit is possible, which I doubt.) Perhaps the bushes at the holes on your way back? Hmm.

Yay! I made it down to 17! :D. I wonder if 16 is possible, hmm. I wish to see the seconds as well.

Wrote in the IRC channel, but I doubt you noticed, so I could just write the same thing here: Well, no one goes there anymore, I'm always alone :(. So my brother won't set it up as often, only when I tell him to. EDIT: Well, it's up now anyway=P.

Tompa has taken the lead! I didn't plan "at all", so I'm going for a sub 20 now:D.

Oh well! The makers of the hack said that version 2 won't be out for a loooong time. So is the game suitable for a TAS or not? I want an answer and I'll start to at least plan the run a bit. We'll see if I will give it a shot :).

I'm going to hex edit my stupidity after the first boss to save like 60 frames. But neither of the hex edits programs I'm using is working proper atm. Stupid hex edit, never works as it is supposed to do... Guess I have to remake that sucky bossfight for this shitty movie.

Level (World) two is now done.http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/4936/MauiMallardTASTompaNinja.smv That fight was the most annoying one ever =P. I have to wait a few frames quite a lot of times in order to make the stupid ducks to stay on the ground. This is at least noteable during the fight against the last two.

It will most likely not be me who does the 100% at least, CF ;). I'll work with ALttP it should be Parallel Worlds actually. I did try a glitched run of that game, but I couldn't find a decent route... It would be on the next version of the game if so, if it will be released at all... Anyway, I would really like to see someone work with these runs as well, poor Erokky in irc, the annoying Tompala is killing him.

There has been runs that was only improved by one frame. What makes this run different?

Wouldn't it be faster to use the spikes to hit him twice instead of waiting for the last "pig" to come out?

I was wondering if you allow me to sacrifice a frame or two because of entertaining? I'm going to post a new WIP when I'm done with this world, unless someone wants to see one earlier.

Hehe, since I saw the simliar SMB run I've tried this at many games, like all in the DKC serie, it's a lovely way to "speed" through the game:D:D. Very nice, I liked the zip in SW3 :). Yeeed.

My brother doesn't want to set up a Vent-server, and it doesn't working on my computer... And if nobody else wants to set a server, then we only have this one as a choice. I think it could be fun anyway =).

My brother has a Teamspeak channel up for those who wants to talk instead of chat :D. Teamspeak is the same type of program as Ventrilo and can be downloaded from here: ftp.freenet.de/pub/4players/teamspeak.org/releases/ts2_client_rc2_2032.exe The IP is jonas.serveftp.org. The password for our section (Tasvideos) is: Tasvideos (Capital T) As hardly anyone goes to the channel my brother won't have it up as often, just in case someone tries to join.

There's one thing I know that could be 17 frames faster in the boss fight. The last hit on Aghanim could be faster. More than that, lag reduce a lot of the time. Where are the "bad" parts, AKA?

You mean when you will be boosted over the pit in the area around the first key? Just check Chef_Stefs WIP and his input and you'll find out. =P

After you showed be the first movies, I have been testing a few things with the ninja :). That can be use against the next boss, also at a few places later on. I want to get rid of this world as soon as possible, hehe, I like the music on the third one better =P.

Soooo! I have been hex editing like the whole run, I noticed a lot of stupid jumps and such. http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/4649/MauiMallardTASTompaNinja.smv This is now 101 frames faster than before, ending at the same place. I'll continue from here now. If not anyone found something else that could be improved.
