Very nice looking movie. BTW, would it be possible to use the fall-through-the-floor trick to warp sometimes, like at the very bottom of a mansion? Or wouldthe screen keep scrolling down when ou fell through the floor?

Or another idea: Is the reset required on the GBC version as well?

Fire Emblem might be somewhat fast with luck manipulation. Of course, FE's luck manipulation would work completely differently from any other game.

Quick question on the Dark Link fight: Was the loop you used to kill DL due to an "AI" loop or luck manipulation? (Not really sure if DL has an AI, that's why I'm asking)

Im pretty new to writing messages on this board but I found out some weird shit for Super Mario Brothers 2. I'd actually like to record them and send them to someone so they could check it out as well. How this all started is when my buddies and i were toking up some reefer and i wanted to make them laugh so i put on SMB2 and started playing with toad. 1st thing: when i grab someone and throw them at someone else after they bounce i run up and grab them in midair but actually grab nothing and start running with nothing in my hands. 2nd on stage 1-1, after the log jumping part i decided to throw a guy close enough to another guy without hitting him so i could jump between them and do a stupid dance with the music. upon the pink colored guy coming and ruining my dance, he placed me on the jumpy guy which i then grabbed and threw at the 2 guys i was dancing on. when i did this, 1 guy still remained so i threw him on the island to the left where i killed his buddies and when he fell off, it made a sound as if he hit someone down where i killed the other 2. im sure people know about toad grabbing the "nothing" thing but i feel like im the only one who has heard this weird glitch. if someone is confused about what im saying, e-mail me at Dark__Helmet@hotmail.com and tell me what emulator to use and how to record my progress and ill be happy enough to record and send it back via e-mail. thanks

Well to kill jaws just do the strobe when he is at the last line of water and wait till his belly (white part) faces you and then hit him with the bow of the boat. Either way, I downloaded the video but am having trouble playing the video (same issue with karate kid actually) Does anybody know why this is happening. Windows Media player just crashes on me, and even divx player won't load it. EDIT: I got MPlayer and they play fine in that, so nevermind about that. But is there any way to get these to play in any windows based player comparable to media player?

Wow, that thing turned out to be better than I expected. Even if I had thought about jumping off during it, I would have thought jumping would cancel it. Also, I know it's not an emulator-specific bug, because I did it on a real NES with a modded controller. <_<

Hi, I have a big problem with playing the replays on this site with Snes9x. Its no matter what game, or which replay, sooner or later all replays I watched lost their sync. I read the sticky's here and some threads about this, I tried a lot of that stuff, like to "warm up" the rom first, not to fast forward, default config, different Snes9x versions. I read about the volume envelope height reading problem and also tried with no sound at all but it just dont want to play correctly. So, I ran out of ideas for possible solutions and end up here, begging for your help ;) Maybe someone here has the same problem, or could help me out of this. Dunno if you need infos about my comp: Athlon 64 3500+ Asus GF 6800 GT Corsair 1024 MB Ram Creative SB Live Sound Windows XP pro + SP1 Snes9x 1.43 Thanks for any kind of help.

There are bonuses on each level for accomplishing the goal in a minimal amount of time. For example, Make a Star 4 - The time limit is 10 minutes, but you get a bonus comet on that star if you can reach the goal size (1 m) in 6 minutes. I'd like to see some people beast those times in half that time.

Something I noticed for this game: If you hold up and down at the same time while on a vine or ladder, you'll zoom upwards quickly. Would this be of any use?

Hey everyone, I'm new, but has anyone ever heard of a Katamari Damacy speed or size run? The biggest size in the total time limit? The fastest time to reach the goal? I think that would be neat to watch.

I was reading the website where an NES was overclocked up to about 4MHz by hardware and I got to thinking... Is there any way to do that overclock using software emulation? I noticed that FCEU even has a constant which stores the main CPU clock (1.7xxxxxxx MHz), but for the life of me I couldn't get FCEU to compile on cygwin to try fiddling with that constant. Is something like this possible?

So you just now delete my accounts? May I ask what took you so long? Usually that's the first thing they do. You just been banning the ip like some n00b. You're lucky I have nothing else to say here or i'd care. Your site is SHlT and you are SHlT. I'll always be able to come here when I please. I don't promise I won't fuck with you again in the future bye loser Bisfag.

Thanks. That was the only page that I had found too ;-) I kinda like the mixture of games there, viewing only NES-games is kinda boring in the long run. Therefore I like the good mixture of system on that page. I'll let you know if I find anymore dreamcastvideos.

Sorry for reviving a somewhat dead thread, but I thougth that It would be better to do that than to create another topic... Are there any other sites which host videos of dreamcast games? I would really like to see some, so I'm asking you guys, the running pros, on the matter.

Can you please provide the specifications on which your movie is running? I cannot make it work. Sonic dies before getting the second emerald. Do you use Slow mode? Perfect Synchro? Slow down speed? My slow down speed is set at 50% What pfs do you use? What version of Gens movie test are you using? I tried with test9 and test9a. Maybe it's not the correct ROM, it doesn't have the same filename, but it's a .bin file of exactly 1.00 MB and when you load it, it says USA System (60 fps). Thanks!

If I recall correctly, it was allowed in Zelda because that trick was described in the game manual as an actual control. The Metroid manual says nothing about that. http://www.world-of-nintendo.com/manuals/nes.shtml

I'm just wondering if the ToP translation team is planning on translating anymore of Namco's shows. I still only see the first episode on the site. And yeah, they really did spoil the game within the first couple of minutes.

^ Me acting like nothing happened is the closest you'll ever get to an apology from me. I could just as easily go on and on about how you expect me to blow you to remain here ha. My favorite part of the movie is when you collected multiple scrolls and went super fast. If there was a way to keep that up, that'd be awesome.

I'd watch out for that BombAHead person Walker...the way he was talkinga about you the last time I saw him, let's just say if you're straight you have a problem. That's a cute message of Bisqwits. I assure you if you knew what he did to me, I still say he's done more to me than I have him. He gets uncivil first. I've never seen someone get so nervious about my mere presense. I will admit this place seems to be built pretty tacky (crashes easy and stuff). Maybe that's why.
