My yes vote still stands as it is essentially the same run just fixed to complete the game. Before, I voted yes purely because it was of good quality throughout this colorful game (this game is relatively long and we all must accept that fact otherwise there would be a need for segmented runs. Besides you can watch this run in bursts in order for it not be too boring).

I have to say this is a tremendous effort and it seems to be more watchable in segments. Either way it was pretty good although I don't know this game all too well I give it a yes vote.

Maybe it doesn't desync for me at the very end with Rice's Video Plugin(there's my ignorance again). It also does not finish the game on my end.

Give Sonya, Kano, Liu Kang, Unmasked Sub-Zero, Jade, and Cyrax a whirl just to show what they are capable of regardless if they don't juggle well, good combos will more than make up for that.

Rice's Video Plugin works up until the very end of the input then it desyncs because of certain luck manipulation isn't the same as it should be.

What about the floating babality with Reptile? I'm checking out the WIP. Edit: nevermind, you incorporated it with Shang Tsung. Edit2: It's looking real good, keep it up. You might be able to do a false brutality with Kung Lao by doing it in the corner he just stops after a while.

As stated in the submission, this is an intended glitch to save time to prepare for a higher jump.
Yeah, but there were some instances where a regular jump looked to be only necessary but then again maybe I'm not getting the picture.

Quite an interesting premise this games leads on although I'm not too sure of what most of the goals are since I'm unfamiliar with this game. Regardless of not really knowing much about this game I was pretty entertained throughout it all. It's a platformer (much like SM64 but to a lesser extent) so that's a plus side. It's average at it's worst and it's best, you know, consistent. It may be difficult to judge but I have confidence in it after all it looks pretty good. There were a couple of things that bothered me though. Sometimes it looks as if you bump into a platform before jumping up to it, it would have probably been better walk a little further or wait a little bit before doing a long jump or regular jump. I have no idea how boss fights would be optimized so I'll ask you, do you believe that the boss fights are optimized? Well, this is a start that probably won't get to be much faster so I give it a yes vote.

Beautiful man, this run is looking very promising so keep it up. And to verify, Shang Tsung Cannot morph into Rain or Noob Saibot which sucks but to be quite honest it shouldn't affect the run too much since there are plenty of alternatives. Edit: The second round with Jax is fine, juggling is difficult (at least I find it to be) so it's always fun to see it in different situations.

This is the starter run and to me it looks good. I don't find it boring because it's rough sometimes to make a run of a fighting game that's not too repetetive so don't doubt your work so much. The glitched fatality is cool, all botched and all. This being the starter run of UMK3 it may just go like the MKII runs, a relatively simple run transformed into a piece of work so like I said don't doubt your work so much. If anyone has any ideas to contribute then by all means please do, we're really looking into making another fantastic run of a Mortal Kombat game.

Wow, that was pretty cool. I was doing some testing and ground combos suck, juggling is best. I think that pretty much anything you do would be fine because it is difficult to work with the SNES version.

Check the Buffer length under Sound and set it to something low like 20ms.

That was a pretty cool run of an interesting game. It was very enjoyable for me and for that I give this run a Yes vote.

Is it just me or does the part where Shang Tsung does all the weird elbow movements and high kicks remind anyone of this?

Are you referring to the videos at darktemplarz? They had some really great videos, but they've been down for a while now. I KNEW I should've downloaded all those videos when I had the chance. :/ At least some of them can be found on YouTube.
The link I put up has some of (if not all) darktemplarz's movies you just have to click on the Combo Videos link and you'll find 'em.

Here's a pretty good site for in-depth character analysis and depiction of best to worst for devastating combos.
Remember to check out that website as it holds a lot of information about combos and it also has plenty of videos for various MK games.

It seems that the characters that were not in the original MK3 don't have any fatalities but only a brutality. Wierd!

I recorded a video for test if will desync...This desync all the time... What should I do?
It desynced on me. I believe this game needs the same movie settings as MKII had. They were: Use WIP1 Timing, Fake Mute desync workaround, and Sync samples with sound CPU (you might as well check Allow Left+Right / Up+Down since it may help you with certain combos; you can still walk forward while tapping back for characters special moves!). Don't use Volume Envelope Height Reading because it makes certain games desync like crazy, ones just like this one. As far as cheats go, I say don't use them in UMK3 because it takes more time than is needed and it's something some people would believe that without them this run would not be possible. Besides, Hyper Fighting is overrated and the game is already suitable for great entertainment as it is.

Go with Master II because more is better and it makes the run more thorough. Very Hard is a must for the best possible feedback. Luck manipulation will surely help you incapacitate your opponents. I'm unfamiliar with the glitched fatalities, is that a joke at my expense?
