You don't have the goal that can aim for maximum score for your run. But you just stack the block to the top and getting a Game Over! It can be not entertaining.

I cannot find the rom that I can watch your movie. You used the password but that's breaking the rules. Don't use the password! You have the lowest rerecords. You used the password to get to the last level.

hehe. Some people may remember this. I had some troubles with my first TAS. Battletoads in Battlemaniacs. I had 2 rerecords played at 100% speed. I didn't realize what a TAS was. I thought it was speedrunning. http://tasvideos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1901&start=0

Hmm. My techneque is playing at 100% speed with a PS -> USB controller. Saving states between levels and using auto fire on my controller.

Why would you do this version of Final Fantasy IV and the one for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System? Remakes are generally discouraged unless they're very different from the original.
Ahh. Heres why I would choose GBA remake. 1. Battle backgrounds are better designed. 2. You can "run" in town saving time. 3. It is the "hard" version of the game.

I came up with this topic today. Walking in around the eatton mall in Montreal I came across the store "Game Buzz". Anyone else see any other cool store names?

Vatchern, if by playaround, you mean in the sense of that one Genisto did a while back (his "full amazing SMB3 run"), that would kick a good amount of ass in my opinion. However, that run wasn't a true 100% run either, so I'm not sure which route would be best to go.
Ahh, Not exactly like Genisto's. Though I will use his for references. I will still try to be fast (like.. no deaths perhaps) but my main goal is entertainment. Do things out of the extreme.

Umm, what are you talking about?
SMB1 I guess.
He posted a Youtube video of a Glitched SMB1 run. Then he edited it when he realized it was the wrong thread. EDIT: Would anyone still be interested in seeing a 100% run of this game? I was thinking about trying it again, just that this time it would be a play around. More for entertainment than just speed.

Really, you think so? :) I figure that a full game would be too long and boring to watch.

Frame-Advance without save state? I bet it can be done fairly good.

Looks clean. I like the how you use those sharp corners. No visual mistakes, and improves your own movie. Easy Yes.

Hello Themattman. I may sound a little mean here, but I just finished watching your movie. I don't know much about the game, but, the game seems boring. always running around and no action. Unless the game gets more exciting as time goes on, I'm not sure if this game will be well suited for a TAS.

I think it is ok to vote no after a movie is rejected. Since, it is only common to give an explanation to vote no, the individual voting no can post maybe some tips and pointers. Those pointers can be helpful to the author if he/she decides to remake the video. So, ah yee hah to Angerfist.

Actually, 'hacked' games are banned, unless they are approved by the Admin. EDIT: So, I would guess that the Admin is probably reviewing the game or planning on reviewing it to come to a decision.

I would perfer BW. Also, with the time difference, it may be hard to set a time up for this.
