Submission text should be looked at: Ralph Belmont is the Japanese name, Trevor Belmont is the international one. "Sypha Belnades (a mystic warlord)" should be warlock.

Oh right. Author DM'd me this like 5 hours later it's probably important enough for the discussion of this movie that has glaring issues looking at the input alone:
If you know you have depression (clinical depression), make sure you see a doctor and ask about antidepressants if you aren't already on them. If you are, make sure you're taking the proper dosage, and possibly discuss increasing it if you're still feeling symptoms of depression. If you feel you have other mental issues, look into seeing a qualified professional such as a psychiatrist who can properly diagnose and prescribe appropriate medication. If you're saying you're depressed to try and deflect criticism, GROW THE F*CK UP. Signed, Someone with clinical depression.

This would be (and probably is) prime "smartphone game" material, these days. Good on you for doing something different, but I can't see this going any further than the Vault. Meh.

It has been eight years from the time I made the original request. Now, the first TAS of this game has been submitted to the site, and it was all I could have hoped for out of a Sim City TAS. Solid "Meh".

You are very excited about the super robots and their warring, aren't you. It's not as cut and dry as you think, I'm afraid. The whole purpose of a "traditional" tool-assisted speedrun is to make it through the game as fast as possible. This would mean disabling the animated cutscenes, speeding through dialogue when you can't simply skip it, and basically removing everything that would make a Super Robot Taisen game worth watching. "What about a 'playaround', then? They aren't constrained to 'traditional' TAS rules, right?" First off, we're talking about a long, dialogue-heavy game, that's in a language many people cannot understand. How do you plan to get around this? Are you going to go to the trouble of overlaying a subtitled translation over the video? Secondly, who is Bright Noa? Who is Shinji Ikari? Don't you mean Tranzor Z? Who the hell are the Ardyguns? What is Shin Getter Robo? Why should we care? Perhaps I'm wrong, but I think you're getting very excited about a topic that has very little potential.

Yeah, what they said. I know there's no way this would sync with the patched ROM.

Yes vote. Can I assume this will have a translation into English at some point? Possibly using the status screens from the [url=http://www.romhacking.net/translations/222/[/url] Sweet Home Translation?

I find it so appropriate that the last level has the Cheetahmen kill the Action Gamemaster (shut up, it's personal canon), and then immediately get a game over. Yes vote.

If you would like to invite discussion, you may want to upload a movie file of your current progress.

If this is submitted, please don't just transliterate the title...

No, no, it should be: "It is the 90's, and there is time for Qix!"

I actually meant 100% Quest completion, since you aren't just doing the minimum required to move on to the next item.

Nice! The quest one is a worthy submission, especially since you're going for 100%.

Actually, an ambitious TAS would be to unlock all modes as fast as possible, and 100% Quest. I think that would be better than simply speedrunning Classic...

Because... "The topic or post you requested does not exist"? Searching found topics for Bejeweled 2 and Blitz, not this one. I'd like to see a TAS of Diamond Mine, or Poker - the DS version doesn't have Quest, does it?

Dick Tracy was based on a comic strip. The movie came later. Voting no due to ignorance of this basic fact. Except yes.

After the watermark, the video itself is just a gray screen. I can hear the movie, but not see it.

I'm just upset because now it definitely renders The Last Days of FOXHOUND non-canon.

Good job on this, YtterbiJum. I tried making a run of this game awhile ago, and found it rather funny that all the "talking" the characters do is made up of different voice clips sped up, so I heard "T-t-t-twin blasters! Twin blasters!" over and over. Just a bit of trivia.

I'd just like to say that I found it hilarious at 9:48 when you blew up the snowmobile in mid-air and the "This is a tool-assisted recording" message popped up. In fact, I'd recommend that as an official screenshot, if you can fudge things a bit so they show up at the same time.
