Formatting the memory card was not necessary for me with the newer version of Dolphin. Also can confirm multiplayer is just not optimised enough to even have a chance, so don't delay this submission, it's still on ^^

How can you check the actual in-game time? Do you have a memory address about it? Does the game auto-save?
There is no easy way to see in game time other than removing the loads manually. I don't know anything about memory adress unfortunately

Hmm... So they just released the possibility of doing multiplayer TASes... Is it possible to delay this submission a bit? I will want to try new things. I'll cancel it if I find multiplayer to actually be faster

With the current route, multiplayer would not get any% faster. Mostly due to the fact Mog is not here to help carry the chalice in multiplayer. Infinite Gil Glitch is really good and could be useful in other categories, mainly All Cycles. The setup is really long to do, that's why it would be slower here.
The optimal number of player was discussed vividly by the community. The concensus was 2 or 3. You can't select the same artifact someone else took in the same dungeon, and monsters become stronger the more there are players. 4 means someone will be super weak. Tho it is to be noted I never got to even try TASing it, and would really want to route a 4 player TAS, with the 4 tribes.

Thank you for making this movie. I was really entertained. Tho in some instances I wondered if I would have prefered you to go full speed, as it is super fast anyway. Anyway, it's a yes vote :)

I'm impressed. Lag management is for me something really hard. I mean, so hard that I don't know how to do it lol. Yes vote :)
Also, if lag is so much of an issue, can less players be faster than 4 players?

I know I'm very dedicated to this game, it's my favorite game of all time after all ^^ But now that I did this, I think you might be right and I should try TASing some other games. I just don't have many ideas, maybe others of the same series? Or maybe Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, I remember trying at some points... I'll see what I can do :)

Here is a new TAS any% made with a suboptimal character, the Yuke (basically the mage). I will probably not try to publish it because it does not beat Lilty and I'm not sure if the use of a different character would be accepted. Anyway, enjoy :)

Never tought of it that way. I just feel being trans for most people is what it is: being in the wrong body. And being in the wrong body not only sounds awful, but I can also say it's not something pleasant (being myself trans). I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. EDIT: @Blazephlozard Concerning blockers, I guess that's another debate. Most things are debatable anyway. Let's just say it's the best compromise yet done (here at least), and approved by experts (scientists, psychologists), and I'm pretty sure they know better about one's body and mind than us 2 ;)

You don't have to worry too much, there are measures in place to help trans people to deal with what they have to deal with. Per example:
- You don't have the right to change your gender before you are an adult (18 years old here). Helps to not make mistakes. If you feel you are not in the good body, you can take hormonal blockers when you are younger, making it not permanent in case you change your idea
- You can't do any legal medical procedures about gender change unless you communicate with a psychologist first. They are professionnals who can help you distinguish the difference between tomboy and trans per example. If you feel you are a real trans and not just someone striving for attention, you should ALWAYS go see a psychologist. They are the experts
- Sex related surgery takes a lot of preparation, you need like 1 year of intense therapy before, there are specialists helping you understand all the risks and can even say "no" if they feel you are not ready/you will regret it. Fun part is: it's free if you pass all the "tests"
Obviously, there is still some cracks in the system, and not everyone is happy, but these procedures are for me super important. These are long and rough procedures by real experts to distinguish the difference between "real" trans people and "false positives". As I always say for EVERYTHING, you can almost never self diagnose yourself. It's simply dangerous
I hope it makes you feel better about the trans "fashion". With rigourous measures, there's almost no way someone makes a mistake. Being trans will never be a mode, it's a serious psychological effect (gender dysphoria) that only a REALLY SMALL MINORITY of people have
Also most trans people will never say they are trans unless it's applicable with the situation. No trans wants to be trans :P

I don't see how showing your gender is really political. That's like showing your age, or showing your name. It's nothing more than a "stat" written on the birth certificate (most of the time). Showing off a stat is not political :P
Also there's no REAL way to NEVER be political, but there's ways to be as neutral as possible. Not taking a side is just the best way we know of, as far as I myself know. When I try to not be political, the best way is often to simply not talk about it.
Tho I agree I am being political right now, but it's only because we are in the appropriate section, which is well identified as "Off topic"

I agree that the site should stay pretty neutral and stay focused on TASes. Tho I don't have any problem on staff members to show their support, I don't think it should "represent" the site per say.

Well I'm not sure if I can beat it, this was the best route I could come on with at the time. There's been 4 months already, couldn't plan that really. I'll always work on this game, and sometimes it will take months before I even find the slightest possible timesave. I don't think I should wait 1 year after my TAS is done before trying to publish it... Then anyway discovering something new.
What I want to say is that, at the time I published that, it was following the rules. I had no plan on doing another any% TAS at the time, because after long discussions with the community, it was the best TAS possible.
