There is a special version of VBA able to do multiplayer. Oh looks like it became VBA Link. I don't know if VBALink allows you to TAS.

Wasn't it possible to add the last bomb with the 5 others rather than wait for the boss to eat it again? EDIT nevermind, that's 20 damages per bomb in the heart and it isn't possible to do 30 more damages. The boss was good enough, you totally roll on it. Both levels are totally crazy. Awesome!

A judge has to successfully encode a video, watch it and checks that it doesn't desync. For a 5 hours video, even more on Dolphin which has sync problems, this takes a lot of time. A 15 minutes NES TAS is way quicker to validate.

On hardest difficulty, you need to kill at least 1 unit and have at least 1 survivor to have two scores maxed, then the time is taken into account. As he never kills ennemies, one score is at 0 and the others at 100% so B rank at best. I don't know if deleting an ennemy via the editor mode counts as killing, but anyway it wouldn't bring much entertainment to get the S rank. At least this is what I deduced from regular play (I got 100% at Strength while killing only a couple of ennemies in hardest difficulty, another time I got 100% at the 3rd stat I forgot the name with only a couple of units surviving). Also I might talk for nothing as I don't know if the tas is on hardest difficulty.

Au pire t'écris tes suggestions de branches en français et quelqu'un traduiera pour toi. Les gens proposent playaround pour les films qui montrent les possibilités du jeu qui ne seraient pas visibles dans un but classique. Je pense que ça correspond un peu non ? ___________________ At worst you could write your suggestions in French and somebody will translate theù for you. People talk about playaround for movies that show what could be done with the game that wouldn't make it in a regular movie. Maybe that fits your goal?

Ou alors tu as fait plus de niveaux que nécessaires pour atteindre la fin du jeu ? Tu aurais pu atteindre les crédits plus vite en choisissant une autre coupe ? Peut-on résumer ton but en "utiliser le moins de coups possible" pour les néophytes du golf ? ________ How it is a goal? Here a lot of questions to help you redefine your goal: could you have been faster while using more hits? Your "get strikes or 2 or 3 hits under the estimate" was the fastest way anyway? Did you do more levels than required to get to the credits? another cup was faster? Could we resume your goal as "use as less hits as possible" for newbies of golf?

You didn't tell which emulator you targeted. However, Twitchplayspokemon uses a python script to send inputs to VisualBoy Advance, so you might look at his work: https://github.com/sunshinekitty5/TwitchPlaysPokemon It also manages streaming! However, for the ingame clock and x position, these are variables that changes for every game. TASers usually look at the RAM of the game, watch every variable, then try actions (move to the right, throw a fireball) to figure what is the role of each variable, and with a bit of Lua scripting they display to the screen the value they are looking for. DISCLAIMER: I never did this, I am not a TASer, I don't know if it is possible to send the variables in a given output.

Tu peux traduire "branch" par catégorie si ça t'aide à comprendre (bien que TASVideos a aussi des catégories en plus de la branche). Ici on parle de la branche de ton run, car les vidéos sont classées selon le but de la vidéo. Généralement c'est "finir le plus vite possible", donc ça tombe dans la catégorie par défaut. Il y a aussi "100%", "meilleur ending", "pacifiste" si le but est d'éviter au maximum d'utiliser ses armes, etc (on peut même en inventer). Un run en Vault est un run bof, mais peu de branches sont éligibles. Un run en Moon est un run intéressant à regarder, et toutes les branches sont autorisées. Un run en Star, c'est le Saint Graal, le top du top, la crème de la crème. Apparemment, le but que tu t'es fixé est incompatible avec le Vault, donc tu dois être éligible en Moon pour que ton run soit publié. _____________________ "Branch" has a meaning close to "category" (although there are Categories also on TASVideos) and means the goal of your video. Here we are talking about the branch of your TAS, as [insert content from feos's link]. A Vault run is kinda meh, only a few branches are allowed for Vault. A Moon run is an entertaining one, every branch are allowed in it. A Star run, well that's the Holy Grail, the creme de la creme. Looks like your goal is incompatible with Vault, so you have to succeed in Moon for your run to be published.

You have to do something like 275 precise steps to get the HM Surf and an item to trade for the HM Strength, both are required to complete the game. I though you did a clap-grabbing because I see him moving its arm before you finish to kill the bats. Have you tried if the bats could fly from a corner to the other? Like making those on top-right fly straight to the bottom-left.
