Very nice run!
But I think "fastest" and "100%" are enough. Because most scenes we can see in warpless can be seen in 100% I think. Of course, there is something different , for example Item usage....

Hi agwawaf.
The glitch works as follows:
Addresses 7E:1628, 7E:1658, 7E:1688, 7E:16B8, ...
are memory for objects like items, moving platforms, and doors. Each slot is 48 bytes. When an object is produced, the game places it in the lowest empty spot in memory. When an object is removed, the game removes it from memory without changing any other slots.
The boomerang glitch happens when an object is produced at the exact same slot and at the exact time that the game removes an object held by the boomerang cutter.
The method in your movie (which I tried earlier) doesn't work because the life recovery item was produced while the platforms were already in memory. As far as I know, the only way to start the glitch in this area is with the heart tank (life up).
Thanks for explaining it! I got it.
A way to do this glitch is similar to a way to do ACE of SMB3.

Worked on this all day long and now it's done. I am putting it up here in case GoddessMaria's and agwawaf's idea proved to be slower. http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/20177227961133349
Unfortunately, the boss starts flying way up so bad starting boss RNG :( Tested a lot of things but your former wip was pretty much top notch Diggi, hence why this version looks basically exactly as yours.
Hmm... I think these are difference between what GoddessMaria said and what I said.
By the way, I can't watch your movie. If you are correct, thanks for testing my opinion.
By the way,I think Galaxyman's stage is improvable a lot.
In the first weapon select, chosing rush coil instead of concrete shot is better.
And then after you use rush coil once at the 1:06 room to go up to the first step, chose concrete shot to go up to the second step.
I don't see how rush coil can be faster at all for the first room, as I hit the ladder on the first frame possible. But more importantly, I need the concrete shot to clear the spike gap as well as get up into the teleporter box in the second room. Maybe you could elaborate?
For the 1:06, you're right that concrete shot is faster there, but the problem is that in order to switch to concrete shot and then switch back to rush coil afterwards wastes whopping 150 frames. I'm not sure how much time it saves, so I'll check it when I get there. But that's the main reason why I chose to TAS Mega Man 10 instead. A bunch of time saving tactics can't be utilized in this TAS because weapon switching takes so long. So many tricks that I'm sure MegaDestructor9's 19:18 in-game time might not be beaten with this TAS. After this TAS is complete, I'll probably do a run through of all the time trials aiming for in-game time as I've already done for Magma Man. It might not get accepted here, but I think it would be fun to watch regardless.
Thanks a lot especially uploading your Magmaman run in Youtube.
In your Galaxy Man's run, You used Buster -> Concrete shot -> Rush boil-> Concreteshot.
In my opinion, Buster-> Rush coil -> Concrete shot in order to decrease weapon choice once.
If you use Rush Coil in the first room, you can clear the spike gap with rush coil or invincible time and go to teleporter with Rush coil. Of course in the first room, using Concrete Shot is faster. However, after using Rush Coil in the first room, you can decrease a weapon choice in the second room, which you choose Rush coil from Concrete shot in your video. Additionally, in the 1:06 room, you have full of Concrete energy. So you don't have to switch Rush coil again. Also, you can get 10 points of Concrete energy in the last room.

This is the game I play when I go to primaly schoo.
There are some combos I saw (did), some combos I had never seen.
The last two battle was funny and I laughed.

I like this more than previous one. While being slower movie end, you killed last boss quickly and there are no boring time. Yes vote to replace former one with this.

Rhythmical lizard was dancing , going through the walls, breathing fire.
Looks very fun and you discovered many glitches and made great strategy for the game.

Good luck!

oh, this is made by me but I uploaded this to nicovideos with another account. So Nahoc said this is played by qwerty.
I'm working on this, however, this is much more difficult than Mario quad or MMX300%.....
I have to take around 200,000 re-records without lua or bot.....

This one was totally unexpected and better than the old one. A great accomplishment!
hehe, thanks. I always hide my project and submit my run all of a sudden.

I still wish people made 2-game runs. Why? Because (IMO) they are the most entertaining to watch (because they are the multi-game runs that are the easiest to follow).
I thought dual(2games) run with 2player. Dual run is easier to make than single optimized run or quad run, so I thougt 2 games with 2 player. However, I couldn't come up with games. So I have never tried it.
