The 16 star run was amazing. I was really stoked to try it. Then I found out I sucked too much to do it. Haha... oh well, its just like any other game for me!

I just found this on the speed demos archive. Currently downloading it. Sounds like it'd be amazing. If anybody else out there loved the game Mario 64 you'd probably love to watch this run: http://www.planetquake.com/sda/other/Mario64.html#120 Props to Jeremy Taylor -- the artist behind the game!

I don't mean to resurrect this topic since it's last post was in August, but I'm wondering if anybody has any word of whether making a run for this game would be possible or not? This is definitely one of my favorite games of all time and would love to see it played well. I'm a terrible player at most games so unfortunately making a run myself would be pushing my luck. Thanks in advance everybody! :D

I live in a dorm. So my living space isn't a house. But it does have stairs. I think Dr Fate designed my dorm. "To go up, sometimes one must go down." To get from a room downstairs in my door you have to take a flight of stairs up and then back down. Its definitely not the dorm made for handicapped people. (Don't worry, its just an old building -- we have brand new dorms that are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.)

Sounds like you've all got it down! As for me, I still haven't beaten it. Went on vacation with the family and didn't bring the cube with me. I wish I had though, this was supposed to be a ski/snowboard vacation, but on Day1 I tore my MCL in my knee. So instead of snowboarding I got to do physical therapy and watch a lot of TV. I wish I had my cube!!! Oh well. When I get back to LA I'll try to beat it. If not... I'll just pretend that I'm Angerfist or Kip or Raddix. And claim I beat it! :D Take care and happy holidays everbody!

Is this going to be made into a .avi? I'd love to see it, but cannot because I use a Mac. Thanks in advance to whomever can convert it. I remember this game, I hated it and never beat it. If it is made into .avi I'd finally get to see it beaten! Thanks again!

Hey everybody. I can't remember the name of this game I used to play for SNES and was hoping y'all could help me. It was a lot like Dragon Spirit for NES. You flew dragons on the screen and attacked enemies coming towards you. It was a lot like the Raiden and Gradius games from what I remember. I'm sorry I can't offer much other help in describing this game. Any insight would help out a tone, its been driving me nuts trying to figure out this out! Thanks guys!! :D

Yarbles, there already is a run up there. Kip doesn't think its any good but here's the link! http://www.planetquake.com/sda/other/MetroidEchoes.html He does it all without getting a single missile upgrade or energy tank. It was insane!

As I've said before, I'm still missing one [EDIT: did I mention that before? I'm too lazy to check again...]. I don't have to time to get sucked into the singularity that is MP2. I think you should start off with Torvus Bog. I hated that level. Get that bastard out of the way... Then go wherever you'd like. Just don't spend anymore time in the bog than you need to. Oy that was a terrible place!

No Problem Anger. Glad to be of help for once. (and you meant echo visor, not dark visor ;) ) And Blade, kip found that you can get the grapple earlier than normal. In the current run he has out he gets grapple before he gets the gravity boost.

Dark world sanctuary temple. You'll get the Annihilator Beam right before you do the energy transfer. Quadraxies isn't that hard. I only died like 6 times. After that head to the light world. Drop off the energy at the temple. Then you're going to go to the overworld temple. Talk to Ol' Whatshisname and he'll give you the light suit. Then its time to start collecting Sky Temple Keys. Don't want to spoil you too much. Let me know if you need help. You'll be past me in no time! Godspeed my friend!

I need one more sky temple key. I can't play it right now, I'm right smack dab in the middle of finals. Hell, I hardly have time to check my forums! You're going to beat it faster than me, I'll bet. You have to be a better player than I am anyways, it took me >20 tries to beat boost guardian. After that I stopped keeping track of how many times I've died. Let me know how the ending is. :D

Got the Powerbomb (by the way, the Powerbomb Guardian was so silly and easy, at least for me) and heading for Screwattack :)
Spoiler: Next up isn't screw attack. Its echo visor then screw attack. Good luck, dude!

Time to nerd it up... Isn't Tagazin a D&D monster / villain? That kind of rings a bell... but I could be WAY off.

For those of us without the ability to view the current run, what is the character's name? I do so love prizes. Especially Chanukah prizes! :D

Yeah, Bisqwit is right. I would have to compile them all from scratch. While this is doable, its all very ify. I don't really have the time to do this, especially right now. Its finals week here at my college. Anyways, whenever I download something from BT I always upload at least 1.5x the size. Its my way of giving back to the community! :D

If I had the option to not use AVIs I totally would. But not as much is being developed for OS X I'm afraid...

I can't watch the emulator replays as I'm using a mac. I wasn't sure if it was just you, Omega, or if there were multiple people doing the run. In any case, good luck. Keep us posted! :D
