That assumes they're behind a router of some sort, so it won't be nearly as much fun. I'd just whois them and get their own IP and give it to 'em.
Why didn't I think of that. Anyways, hacking a router would be fun to see at any rate.

I wonder how old he really was. I'm thinking 12-year-old who was showing off to his friends.... Then he was like "Why won't my computer turn on again?" And then his friends laughed at him. :) PS Next time anybody sees somebody like that on IRC give them your IP as 192.168.0.0 or 192.168.0.1 for good measure

I think mine is pretty stupid and disturbing... but it does explain the life-cycle of the kiwi bird... http://artpad.art.com/gallery/?ifc5mzqhm3c

Don't forget the extra sour cream edition!
Nah. For me, its extra spicy or nothing. Do any of y'all live in a place where you can go to "Taco Truck" at 1 in the morning and get all kinds of good food for drinking with? We have a ton of them out here in LA, they're amazing. All meat burritos with extra guacamole and no tomatoes at Fred's can't be beat -- with some good beer of course!

I know this really isn't like me, but getting back on topic, if you go here you can find every emulator available for OS X... http://emulation.net/ Enjoy. Also, would there be 2 versions of Taco OS? 1 for hard shells and the other for soft? ;)

I though only Bigbird could see him. I might be wrong about that though, its been forever since I've sat down and watched it. However, I have to admit, if it were still on the air when I settle down and start a family of my own I definitely wouldn't mind watching it again with my kids. I wouldn't go overboard like some parents though. But that's way down the road for me...

Watch... soon they're going to get rid of my absolute favorite character Snuffalufagus (or Snuffy as he is normally called) since he's Bigbird's imaginary friend. And "everbody" knows children shouldn't have imaginary friends... That will be a sad, sad day... :'(

This is an outrage. When did parents lose the ability to explain "No, son/daughter, you actually shouldn't eat cookies all the time like Cookie Monster sings. His songs are just for fun and there are other foods out there you can eat." For anybody who loved Sesame Street and especially Cookie Monster check out this link to a newspaper article. http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/lifestyle/219386_nocookie.html Some people really try to protect children to the point of absurdness in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, protecting them from voilence, swearing, and etc are good things, but protecting them from Cookie Monster?! <Sigh> Your friendly news hound, Ev

Ok... I found a solution, sort of. Because of a LASIK surgery I underwent a few months ago, I have a package of eyedrops (Celluvisc), and it just happens that the caps of those capsules are just the right size to represent the select & start buttons, and they have a widening that enables them to stay inside the controller and not drop out. So I just need to adjust the length and it should be fine...
I just had LASIK too. I, and I imagine my friend Bisqwit, strongly recommend anybody who is unhappy with their vision undergo the surgery. You won't regret it, it is unbelievable to wake up and see the world. Shapes are shaper, colors are brighter and just generally I'm happier with the way I see. I hope, and would be pretty sure, Bisqwit would agree with me.

Anybody think doing a run for either of these games would be possible? From what I remember Silver Star and Blue Star were pretty short, think Blue Star was a little easier and quicker. What's the consensus on either of these two? ...And didn't they recently come out for GBA or am I making that up?

Agreed, especially since Marathon had, y'know, a plot (a good one). And a very creepy environment, at times. And enemies which could really make you jump if you weren't prepared (back when I was young and had this game, I used a map editor to erase the Wasps from any level that had them--those things creeped me out). But the trilogy is apparently open source. Which means that you can download Marathon 2 or Infinity for the Mac or PC. As well as the original Marathon . And install it.
Awesome. Awesome to the max.

And again I'm left out in the cold. I wish they'd port this over to OS X. I would love to play it.
