Only 500 exp for final guard, pretty much nothing (lvl4 max i believe) pirate: its faster, but i do 1 damage... i didnt realy tested the sword but well, its supposly slower afak

I use this in the run to get past a high plateform yeah Its kinda costing frames, but yeah, that eventually possible, in this run he use this attack only once so i just get damaged its faster Klmz did explained me how work the damage, but i dont fully remember... its possible whatever is not holy will do 1 with my crap level, else charlotte would do 8... or 6 or 2 but not 1

You would do like less than 30 damage to dracula (Whatever is NOT holy will be /2 damage against him, see charlotte...) This was an option mentioned previously in the thread and in serris posts over personaworld, but its not a viable option i think Alltough, its very possible to get there early and drop this sword (even without 1000 blades) Edit: allright ill give a look but i would be so low level(4?) im quite sure it would end been a gigantic battle with dracula (like 500hits...) Also that idiot have a attack pattern i cant (fully) dodge without double jump witch mean he hit me, im ok when i have mp left so its charlotte who take the hit, but it would be lethal to a lvl4 with no armor, not sure how long i could fight him that way

Actually serris i raped your console run in term of game timer The last strike to dracula is exactly at 9:00 I start to fight him its around 5:50 In a TAS alltought, all is counted toward the end time, including SG, witch is not on your console run Im not sure what 16min stand for, if its for post dracula + skip end, then my run is like 7min faster than yours, witch is over 40% speedup I dont skip the end dialogue in this video, witch result in 12:10 but its pretty much useless info actually, it was just to show the ending actually In the incoming improvements, i buy a tonic, simply, it cost only 300 I tested the upward route in sandy, its like x3 time than bottom one, theres 2SG to do and theres unavoidable fights too Ah and i tested master dart trough your original route, doesnt add much damage, not enought to worth the (huge) detour of speed up ect...

I dont use anything beside holy claymore, theres basicly nothing usefull on the road I get an armor on the shop, but not realy of any uses, its basicly to spend money (and get shop points, you need to spend 250000 to get claymore available) The shop doesnt realy offer anything interresting beside the shuriken (witch is usefull on the way to dracula, but poor damage on him, only 16 and cost lots of mp) Also, considering im very low (im only lvl10 vs dracula), theres nothing beside holy claymore who will deal sufficiant dmg (see charlotte does only 1dmg to drac, coz her weapon is not holy) The lag is located in save rooms (the shop been one), from using darts on sandy boss or if he use green balls attack, the huge wurm in sandy, and dracula super-fire-ball-from-wings stuff, partner switch/call doesnt lag, the only way i can see to lag the game by yourself is using darts, but its not realy an option Astarte (sandy grave boss) is mandatory, its him who unlock the quest for glitching money

Im impressed myself you spoted Eric error on first passage, that was nasty to detect such one (it was planned in improvements ;) ) I dont hit dracula at all, or avoid it, he got 6666HP and death only have 4444HP, also i deal him less damage than death True dracula then get 6666HP So its basicly useless to try to hit him (i believe)

Oki here whe go, first test run Went pretty cool like i did planned Theres few optimizations to do, but overall its well done i think Edit: For those unhappy about the sound fx not here (the soundtrack is from por...), i just have to say, you wont have to wait long, and you gonna hate it Basicly, every 15 frames you will hear "charlotto!!!" or "jonathan!!!" witch is VERY boring (for me it became very boring at least) Its even worse vs dracula (every 6 frames!)

0.9 use its own registry setting, if you swap in with older version you can get confused easly (plugins) Fact: If you dont use a bios, you will apparently crash when trying to load a movie (instant crash)

Both way its executed by a dsm so you cant tell if the guy played or just edited a script, else, you would say from any tas that its a bot playing Especialy since dsm file format is text based, its very easy to script for any user (its not a bin file)

Well, basicly, in theory, its not that hard to make a grinding robot It doesnt matter your max file is cheated, its not possible to realy verify it, hence anyway a robot would blow up the "leggit" process, so in the end, i think it doesnt matter how you acquire max stats, i believe (else you would end up needing to submit a 99 hours long run to be able to acquire max stats conditions, sound idiot and useless to me) If the run is that much awesome by using a max file, then i guess lets be it, witchever its from a file using cheats at the basis "max stats" category i would guess

Ok the deal is that i come back later (few mins) with another object i put on statue, first time i can dodge and put them down alltogether, but, when i come back later, i will need to dodge again (witch is very slower than it look, and you wont avoid all 3) The turn-back action is faster than precise turning (walk speed...) Ok wurm boss, i tested long and unless you got more ammos, its a no, wont go faster (he dont folow you "that" good on the other side of the room, going on the other side is a bad idea and goes slower in my tests) Also need to notice here, whatever speed you kill the boss, theres a timer for the exit to become reachable, and its longer than time to get up to exit, sadly

Thanks i appreciate, also need to notice that most of the route is picked up from human speedrun, nothing realy was ameliorate trough tasing, beside of course the precision and control, but the route its pretty much leaved intact I would be very ok to put some epic dialogue at the end (jill raping nemesis ass) but it would be (a lot) slower and loose many seconds, im sure fans would apreciate, but well, its speedrunning :p Ah and finaly, i doubt theres a way to glitch walls or such, so i think its pretty tight and hardly improvable

Because of arrogance and badwhilling all over the place (that basicly what you and gia are showing now), yes, i kinda need to be rassured that a DS "can" make it all the way trough the crowd of guys whinning like this I never saw a movie published with a non working emulator (i tought it was not possible at least), ok theres concept demo from dos games, who cares, im just player so im looking to make tas, not looking to get complains about technical matter or whatever Unless you can convince me a player role is just to produce more gruefood, yeah, i got my point, its very related to how a submition can get published I say thumbs up if whe got it 2 weeks sooner, bottom line

Seriously, i didnt even watched/noted this run, and basicly anyway it doesnt matter Alltought, im happy adelikat fast released/accepted (or whoever) this I prefer they did in 3 days than in 2 weeks, i was able to start right away POR tasing, rather than in 2 weeks (assuming would take 2 weeks to fix his run) I started POR run also, because, if theres a submition, that more likely will end up accepted, this mean i have chances to submit too, if it was rejected, in the middle of me doing POR run, i would have troubled and who know, could have resign then, this didnt happened, im rassured because i know if im doing good work it will be ok, and i will have no unwanted troubles (like it was for resident evil 3 hacks for exemple, preventing submit and now my run feeling all dusty) Lets say at least im more rassured by accepted than rejected, especially with the "kind" of crisis generated by a late svn access... (witch i dont care at all, im just a player...) Now of course, that just my oppinion

Should be made pretty quick :p Nice to see your around Serris, i will have some constructive feedback i guess hehe Yesterday night i choosed the path to stick with, alltought, hum, i think it would be better if i keep it secret until release (kmlz: pm or irc if you want details lol) Few difference with your (well done i have to say) NG SG claymore, but same idea overall The backdash is now much more optimized, basicly im after first SG, so the real work begin :p Edit: I did asked to pirate_sephiroth to make Albus Hard Mode Lvl1 (that the kind of silly thing he like to do :p ) and i did got a meh, alltough, i have to admit i didnt asked in a humble or kind way, maybe theres some hope, im also pretty much curious to see such a run

You need call cube yeah, also you need change cube (or whatever it is) to do the glitch partner jump (to get up to first boss) You can kill death first, so its *only* 10000HP to beat, that still like over 40min using a basic calculation On persona forum (...all details can be found here...), apparently serris was able to obtain final sword (hum maybe wrong name here) from final guard and saved with little as 5:xx Now of course it still sux and apparently wouldnt be enought, but, that mean claymore might not be the "only" way here Now that been sayd, i think its still worthy to make a holy claymore run, and im quite enought selfish to try making a run myself and fast, i actually would be proud to get obsolete by kmlz :p (Witch will surely happen considering my tasing level) Yesterday night i reached first boss, alltought, for some reasons its here i realized i could use backdash to boost a little my movements, so im kinda needing to restart
