Yeah, yeah. I have only ten messages, but I've been lurking here a year, may be two, and I watched many of TAS runs. That "Wow" was just to encourage samurai goroh =). Japanese text scrolls faster and I have heard that you can dash at Playstation version of FFV. And that was me who found ultimagarden.net =)

Actually they used Playstation 2 and Fast Loading (or something like that) feature.

however, skipping him would avoid this and we wouldnt have to learn Exploder so very early on in the game (WAY back in the Byurbolos battle).
Exploder helps in Galuf vs Ex-Death battle, allowing you to end it in seconds. About leveling: Use BlackFlame x 5 formation to get some levels and money. Level 10 it's enough to have MP you needed for Blue Magic.

You can kill Apocalypse in one turn: Use Exploder, he learns it and uses on you. K.O. :D

Hey visit here and read it carefully, just because it has strategies for all the bosses. As for Big Bridge you CAN avoid battles. When I was doing my speed run, I got ONE battle (Lil Chariot) before Gilgamesh, and NO battles after him.

There was a ton of wasted time in that BoF3 run. Still, it was fun to watch.

sorry if i sound whiny, but this game has been on hold for a while. id like to attempt it but i wouldnt be able to do the japanese version (because i dont know any second languages).
Do you really need to know language?? =) If you know game well, you can play it even at Japanese version. Please go for it =)

It's good that somebody taken this :) I was trying to develope strategies for the run at GameFaqs(as TsukiNoNeko), but then lost my motivation and was taken away by FFVII speed run. Now after seeing someone (aresake) started thread for FFV at speeddemosarchive I gave him my and strategies from japanese site I found earlier and he was able to complete his run.
