Should have practiced more and had places set out for people to do. Like one person is assigned to do the forest and fire temple of OOT, and another does water and shadow. This would allow everyone to practice only that one place so they could get it down as fast as they could.
It took like 15 hours for them to final MM....or so it seemed like. Pretty sad that all these people are supporting them and thinking they are amazing.
Sword of truth series or the wheel of time series. They are both great books, but they are long, intense fantasty books (none of the books are under 600 pages, and some of them push the 900 limit). There are 11 out in both series and are great reads, but only get them if you like fantasty (like elves and trolls and such).
They have got A LOT of money. Which surely is a good thing. It's actually quite amusing to watch them playing. Even if they don't show much speedrun skill.
I told them to skip Temple of Time in Twilight Princess. But they said they wanted to make it legal...
I don't see how its illegal to skip something in the game to make it faster since they are trying to run a speedrun...
Just make a video of a linear path (it's usually best to do it along a wall so you know each time you do the same straight line).
Side hop.
Walk backwards.
Back Flip.
Roll.
Then open vDub and do a frame check. I think this is a bug, though - the bug is partially fixed in Majora's Mask (Deku Link can still burn rubber walking backwards, but he's so small it's not faster than other things).
Did anyone actually try this back in the old days?
Ive been doing some searching on internet and its come up blank as how to do it, but it may just take some easy to find programs to make one. Its just an idea i thought would be cool.
I could have sworn that was linked a fwe pages back, and the verdict was that it wouldnt help because there was still no know way to become an adult without the emerald?
Didn't know if that mattered or not since im newer to OOT TAS's, but i thought if you could get the ocarina of time without getting the emeralds it would work good.

Now if i was talking any rpg id say get earthbound, and digimon world 2. Now i know your thinking OMG digimon is so lame!!!11!!!! Well the digimon part is lame, but the gameplay is fun (or so i thought so). Don't have to try it but its a Ps1 game thats pretty cheap.

You guys seen this? This should allow you to skip the deku tree all together, which would be good for a tas. Sorry if you've already seen it, but i found it a few minutes ago and wanted to put it up just in case.
Well here is the problem. I got a super mario bros 1 rom in the summer for my xbox emulator (all i had at the time). The rom is weird though. On FCEU and my xbox emulator it starts on world 0-1, but on jnes it will start on 1-1 and play the game fine. So im wondering what is up because jnes is not good for speed runs.

Im having a tough time with some BLJ's, a little help please?
How do you do the glitch in the lobby as seen in the 0 star TAS my AKA and swordless? I just can't seem to do it on short stairs or sideways on stairs.
How do you do the one in bowser in the dark world? It will make lots of sound for me and push me off a little bit, but then i just end up falling.
BLJ on the basement stairs, i cant get it. It just hits the stairs once then goes off of them because the jump goes faster back then the stairs do.
Last and final one. How do you control where your going after you do a BLJ in the lobby? For me it just shoots me the way im facing, which doesn't help me at all.
Im wondering if the masters could help me out here, so i could become a master some day.
