There's just too much going on here to be an entertaining movie. I watched and loved the Megaman X&X2 run (rated it a 9 or a 10), but I think 4 games at once is a bit much. Ironically, I think part of the problem is the fact that it's so well executed. For example, you're pretty good at getting Megaman into a state in one game where you can hit buttons in the others without affecting him (e.g. climbing a ladder in one game while sliding in another, or waiting around after killing a boss while moving around in another game), which certainly makes the run a lot faster, but most of the time it just means I feel like I'm watching 4 completely different runs at the same time that have nothing to do with each other. Occasionally I'll catch a glimpse of two or three of them jumping at the same time, but it doesn't happen often enough to make the video entertaining overall. That said, this run is a very technically impressive feat, and I wouldn't even know where to begin making something like this. I would like to see more 2-game runs, if they fit together well.

I did a quick search around the site and couldn't find an RSS feed. Would it be difficult to add one? It would save me a lot of time if I didn't have to manually check the front page every so often and I'm sure it would save on your bandwidth as well. :)

I had never even heard of this game prior to seeing the time attack, but it still turned out to be one of the most entertaining I've seen so far. This run was nothing short of masterful. Great job!

Amazing run. The Mega Man movies are consistently the best on the site (in my opinion) and this one is no exception. Seems like with all the recent glitches you keep discovering, MM2 is approaching MM1 for sheer breakability...

Awesome run! In Knight Man's stage, right after the long room with the spiked ceiling that moves up and down, it looks like there is a series of a couple rooms where you could save a lot of climbing time (plus be able to fly up through a room instead of going the long way around) if you used the jet adaptor. IIRC you can't slide while equipped with that equipped though, so maybe you already checked it and it's slower. Just an idea. :)

Absolutely amazing. I especially laughed at the parts where you get so close to spikes that it makes the death sound.

Holy crap, this is the coolest time attack I've seen for a long time, perhaps even the best. Certainly the most gimmicky. Congrats, making that must have been really hard.

It seems at first glance like you spent a little extra time at the part where you get Razor in place to drain the pool. You had Dave open the grate, then sent Razor down into the basement, then had Dave go to the pool, then had Razor turn off the switch. Wouldn't it be faster to have Dave open the grate then send him immediately to the pool without switching to Razor first? Or am I missing something?

Until then we'll be blessed with people smart enough to install it properly.
Well hey, if that's your goal, you might as well just take down all the AVIs and make people play back directly from the SMV. Then you'll get even smarter people, right? As for bisqwit's earlier point about splitting up the seeds over two files, I don't think it'll be a problem. Whether there are one or two videos available, anyone who has the x264 codec is going to download the x264 video because it's higher quality, so all of the x264 users will just seed each other anyway. The only difference is that if you provide a standard codec video, the not-as-smart people can be downloading and seeding that. Otherwise they're just going to not download or seed anything at all.

I think that is the plan... Problem is that there will be some dissatisfied people until they manage to install the correct codec. Quality/Size is a lot better however.
What if they never manage to install the correct codec? Then you're just shrinking your fan base. Also, you're discouraging new people from getting into the time attack scene by putting up another barrier to entry. Someone who's never seen a time attack might check one out if it's easy but they're not going to jump through hoops to do it.

I really would appreciate it if you provided videos using standard codecs. I like the idea of providing both copies of the video, using the old and new codecs. Then everyone wins.
