This game is notorious for having a massive bug where the game can break itself. Typing less than 4 characters in the name select screen can result in a bit of crazyness. Is it exploitable? I dunno, but that's a big fuckup in the devs part. There's also this glitch: Link to video

Link to video This guy is an absolute madman. After 20 years since the console was released, someone finally cracks the copy protection. This could potentially improve the emulation of the Saturn significantly, but I'm no expert in this kind of topic. The video itself is pretty interesting, even though I don't understand a lot of what he's saying. :P

Oviamente ya no es útil ahora que ya se mucho sobre TASes, pero hace muchos años, me sorprendió muchisimo. Después ví TASes propios de aquí y el resto es historia. It seems that they spawn about 3-4 frames earlier than the old TAS, which actually makes the clip in a later section of the level slower. I really have no idea as to why this happened, but any help would be welcome.

So I finished level 1-4 and then I noticed that you can skip the intro stage by pausing the map and going to the first level right away, saves some seconds... I feel dumb. I also discovered a glitch that lets you use the bubblegum and cola items at the start of any level (2 frame window), will save a lot of time in later levels, specially the vertical based ones. Will need to redo the first stage for the fifth time. WELP

For publication sakes, the glitched run would remain branchless while the run that doesn't use the oob glitches would say "in bounds" as a branch. Anyway, those are very incredible findings so far! Really really hyped for the final run.
