This is slightly improvable on most parts, but improvements are gated by a frame rule.
Please elaborate.

Puff Kid was the original name of the game and character, before it was changed to Q-Boy. It is a nice easter egg, though.

Um actually, you kinda did. Some of the input is yours, as well as some improvements and pretty much you helped me a lot when I initially started TASing this game (and in general) , so I thought that would be the fair thing.

Usually banks, sometimes person-to-person, on occasion from the government. They even have cards for it.

Great WIPs. Make sure to always backup your progress in the site's userfiles, just in case something happens.

With the implementation of this change, I am not aware of any more graphical glitches in AtariHawk, hurray!
As far as I remember, there we're some graphical issues with AVGN K.O. Boxing, a homebrew game, which really has no major issues in Stella.

This was the last FOP game made on the GBA. It has more glitches than any of the other 3 games. http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/30952898245678301 I made a VBA movie to showcase some of the largest glitches. Using turbo L button inputs, you can mess up with the wishes menu and mess with the levels a lot. Yesterday I used this in fight against Anti-Cosmo & Anti-Wanda, and these glitches screwed of the level graphics, and even managed to corrupt the music. I kept doing glitches after that and the game restarted... with the GBA startup screen! I seriously have no idea why this happened, but it was pretty neat, showing how broken this game really is. NOTE: These are just observations of the game, it's not a project or a wip right now, so there's that...

Is there any place where I can post bugs in Resurrection, or should we post them here?

Since Sniq´s impression is that there aren´t any TASers in here (anymore) that would work on future SM TASes (that would use the newer tech) other than Taco and the few people that get all the stuff from Sniq already, and thus doesn´t really want to post most of his testing results and discoveries (the stuff that he actually posted was just the tip of the iceberg) at this place (especially since he isn´t happy about how his discoveries are handled in here, since
nobody cares

I have an issue with an unlicensed game called Pokémon Adventure, it's for the GBC. The lag counter isn't detecting any lag frames when playing the game, something that doesn't happen in VBA, and the game lags a lot. I'm using the latest BizHawk.
