ANOTHER UPDATE: because of the news about deprecating old Dolphin runs, I'm forced to restart this big project on a newer Dolphin version... the problem about that is that no other version besides 4.0.2 and 4.0-146 works on my shitty ass PC, so I'm basically fucked. I can't afford a new PC, so don't even bring that up. My only other alternative is to continue on 4.0.2, but I don't know how that will turn out...

Honestly is quite a bit repetitive in the entertainment side of things, it's also really long compared to other TASes like this. And also theres not too much too work with in terms of strats and glitches, compared to Mortal Kombat or Marvel vs. Capcom. Even then, it looks polished and it was solid enough to give it a yes vote.

I want to do a fight scene with a Super Mario Bros. Z feel into it. You can also search on google people like chincherrinas, MoBrosStudios and Achille12345 who made pretty good flash poops in the past.

Hey look, an actual RTA!!! http://www.speedrun.com/run/8y8r2wwm I mean, this isn't so optimized or anything, but for an actual speedrun of this game ever made, it's pretty nice to see the game getting the love it deserves, at the very least for a first.

Ok, so I'm currently working on a special video. It's about a series I'm making since 2011, featuring Kirby and Club Penguin characters, I'm on the 10th episode, and it's a special one since it's for celebrating 10 years of Club Penguin and 5 years since my first video was released on YT. I have some issues regarding the editing program I'm using, which is Sony Vegas Pro 9. I basically want to make a fight scene, similar to those flash poops (a genre of YTP) you see on youtube, but I don't have enough sources of pretty much great skills at editing. Basically it's about Kirby and a blue puffle fighting a giant robot made by King Dedede and Herbert (similar to that giant robot in kirby's return to dreamland...), and I don't know where to start. I also have a deadline, which is october 24th, since that was the date I promised. And also I was hoping to upload it in 720p 60fps (which is going to kill my crappy BizHawkless PC). Yeah, im in a bit of a rush here by just having over 22 days to work on this... any tips, tricks or tutorials are well appreciated, thanks for taking your time to read this.

I'm interested in this game quite a bit. There's 2 things that concerns me though... How does the RNG work, and is there any TASes of the original game out there on Nicovideo? (i assume it does) If something useful comes up, I may do a run that aims for speed, possibly on a viable difficulty setting, since it's quite different for each one (not only plot-wise). Well, I might do some research in the meantime, it could take a while then.

So I found out sometime ago that this game hates rewinding... You can be on the first level, and bizarre things can happen if you rewind... like warping to stage 5-1, 3-1 and the stage 4 boss. Example: I have no idea why this happens, but it's a thing...

So a finished english patch was released yesterday: http://www.romhacking.net/translations/2478/ I'm still not sure if a TAS using this translation is acceptable, but whatever, just throwing that out there.

Really nice run. The overall game feels kinda like Gimmick! to be honest (makes sense since this is a Sunsoft game...). Yes vote from me.

I'll leave the judges to choose what input should be the best for this movie, I don't really care about their decision regarding that really. Thanks for the fix anyways. (although i prefer game end early for this game instead of input end early... the boss battle is long as it is.)

I should note that trying to play the TAS back in the emulator caused it to crash. I think there might be an issue with the emulator version used to record the run?
Weird, it syncs to me just fine... are you using the right dump of the game, right?

There's an official port of this game on the DS. I saw a run that was 4 hours and 30 mins long, but it was done in other version of the game. Maybe sub 4 is possible here?
