http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/24625229069444883 Grabbing the powerup in Spatula Woman boss is faster than not grabbing it, and it's slower to do that in the Country Boy boss.

The game was played in GB mode instead of SGB mode since Bizhawk doesn't support SGB mode (apparently).
You should've used lsnes then :P

In 3-1, can you manipulate all three football guys to stay on the left so you can attack them all at once? That one guy who goes right really seems to slow down the fight (rhyme not intended).
Not really, the last football man has a fixed pattern, he only charges left and right (in that order), so I can't manipulate that last one, and dashing doesn't knock him back like the others, so all I could do was fire projectiles. Thanks for the feedback anyway CoolKirby! :D Here's my progress so far: http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/24560536485716664 Up to beating Episode 3-3, gonna do 3-4 tomorrow. BTW, Crocker also has that fixed pattern from the football guy, so I can't manipulate him either.

You did it first I see... Well! I don't have to do it anymore! The thing is that I couldn't find any improvements at all... I vote yes anyway.

Can you hard reset on desmume? I'm researching a SRAM glitch on The Legendary Starfy, and when I soft reset, I can't go much further than a glitched suspend save, but when I close the ROM and open it once again, now I can get to the file select screen. Is there any way to perform a hard reset when recording a movie?

I found a new time-saver in Mission 1. Now it's possible to skip the jackhammer building microgame! When you drag the jackhammer to the river, inmedeately(wrong word) use the gadget menu and click on the objectives option and then close that screen. You'll recieve the fixed jackhammer instantly! Potentially saves 7 or 10 seconds I think. BTW, updating in my research, using Blast (red puffle) on a crate in the training room while talking to an NPC, the puffle will be able to corrupt memory and despawn the said NPC you talked to, skipping text scripts for a certain scene while getting the jet-broomstick altoghether. I still haven't figured out if it is faster to corrupt memory to skip said text or not, I'm still not there just yet.

I thought the game name was New Zelda. Anyways, I liked this short run... although somethings worry me a little bit. Yes vote nonetheless.

I have a question. Is the game itself completed or it's just a demo? BTW, the game name is New Zelda. Yeah what a name.

Thank goodness, I though at one point that I was back in time and I just had a single publication... I was scared shitless for a while.

lalalalalalalalalalalololol: Link to video Restarted game on the new mGBA core, syncs just fine: http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/24357834433697425 You can clearly see the drastic difference in load times, it also has the unskippable BIOS and I wasted time to buy an item that I'm gonna use later on in the run.

So here's a little update of what's going on with the SRAM glitch. With a Hard Reset (aka. Opening and closing the game) I was able to get to the file select screen, which lead to some... interesting results. http://i933.photobucket.com/albums/ad175/tony_leal1/Legendary%20Starfy%20The%20USA_46_25737_zpsxcskyupr.png Look at that... it's weird, and when I open a file, just like the glitched suspend save... the game crashes. But hey, it's a tiny step forward... right? EDIT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vi0-YlJDXXY I did a thing.
